If any of the pieces start warping or getting soft/crumbling they're unusable. if they seem fine structurally once they're dry they should be ok to use, though I probably wouldn't.

They seem fine besides this one puddle. Hard to tell if they are warped or if my measurements are wonky. And my measurements are definitely wonky

That little moisture shouuuuld be okay, but if you are worried about it, i recommend setting up a dehumidifier or a few fans to geg air movement going

Generally you don’t use gypsum board that’s been exposed to water mostly for structural reasons, it looks like it’s not on the edges in the video so probably fine if you’re wanting to save money. Your call big guy, also you could cut the bad parts off like a moldy peice o cheese.

If you can bring it inside and let it dry before installation, if its wet the screws will smoosh it, and if you are worried about mold buy some trisodium phosphate, usually in the paint department at Home Depot/lowes/paint store

The wet spots are the least of your problems. You have handled rockwool. You are going to die (eventually) It's really really over now.
