That said, I do have concerns that your hard work may end up being used as "evidence" that the Drug Consumption Room (DCR) is effective. One of the official evaluation criteria being used to claim its success is the reduction of visible drug paraphernalia in the surrounding area. Ironically, this apparent improvement may be more the result of your clean-up efforts and the increased scrutiny brought by you and others in the press than any real impact from the DCR itself. Nonetheless, your efforts are truly appreciated. Thank you again.
