I went on for a few minutes after driving 50 miles to an area where I can pick up and then All of a sudden it says my account was deactivated. Then I noticed it wanted a new picture of my driver's license. I'm going to charge you for the 50 miles I drove.

My uber account is giving me an error message on app and website. I cannot contact uber in any way. This is ridiculous. I have already deleted my account because of this. Absolutely terrible. If someone doesn't contact me I will never use your service again. This is unacceptable

Explain this.

How can Uber suck that much? Lack of customer support. Drivers do whatever they want, wrong pick up, wrong drop off, wrong path. Uber reply is everything was ok with my trip. But I got late to my destination and I get charged for a service I didn't get.

I was dying today because of you Uber . Driver was rushing crazy and when I told him slow down , his answer is I need to rush to make the same money I was doing 4 years ago . So it was a 17 dollars ride and he was getting almost less than HALF of it around 8 bucks in 20 min . PATHETIC pay .And you Uber doesn’t give a damn about this , all you care about is more MONEY for you , steal from the drivers and GREED. You need to be banned cause nobody is regulating your asses.
