Something absurd happened yesterday with my girlfriend. She ordered an Uber that was only showing a price of R$6.65, but upon arrival at the drop-off location, the Uber driver didn't complete the ride, and she ended up paying R$130, causing a significant financial loss.

Well, I have been trying since Thursday to get the information on a threatening driver. I have contacted you on here and through the app. No one wants to give me the information. I seem to be getting the run around on both sites. I have already filed a police report and am waiting for the report number before I submit my CPUC report. My lawyer said that the driver's information can be subpoenaed by either the police or the CPUC. I find this extremely worrisome as the hospital I intern at uses Uber to transport patients home. I will also be speaking with them tomorrow. I was hoping people at this company would be more interested in helping me address the issue. It appears they are more interested in protecting the driver.

I will be elite driver if my account was not deactivated! I'm a former Diamond driver with a 100% acceptance rate on Uber. My account was permanently deactivated because I uploaded my airport permit as a screenshot and the system flagged it as a fake document. The permit is completely legitimate. I've already appealed but it seems no real person reviewed my case. Is this how loyal drivers are treated?
