A school Principal has replaced his office with a rolling cart so he can be more visible around the school.

Being visible is important but ditching your office? This seems gimmicky. If he has no office then what happens when a staff member needs to discuss something privately or a pupil wants to make a disclosure? It’s a no from me.

This is Top Tier "looking busy" work. No work on that desk is there. But look....there he is. Always around. Always moving. So busy. So much worky.

Can he not do that without a wheelie desk? I think it’s a bit of a gimmick. He can be visible, help with behaviour and spot problems by just leaving his office more frequently.

I don’t get this at all. It’s not hard to be present and sit behind a desk. It’s about balance. This is very much a gimmick.
