This security guard didn't stop the delivery boy at the entry because he knew they get penalized for late delivery. A couple objected to this and questioned security guard about it. I just dropped into #ammaunavagam near my house. they used to take RO drinking water from my house. Now they stopped. They have now working RO supply. I interviewed a security guard from Assam.
