@iamritu You got my message 👍 Quantitative echo is tricky - even when the image quality is excellent. Good images don’t automatically mean easy measurements. Another reason that 3D TEE should be part of your routine in the OR.

@AthaydeEco @iamritu Interesting. BSE I think is inner edge. Its also mostly better edge definition in systole…..recon when they rupture they will do if in systole also 🤔 just some thoughts

What do you think about this aortic valve? Need opinions 35 y old female asymptomatic with loud aortic murmur on auscultation On TTE mean gradient was around 30mmHg with a small LVOT of 19mm but the aortic opening seems good. TEE was done to R/O subvalvular stenosis
