Difficult eyeballing. I suppose round about 45 % But eyeballing is what you should NOT do in this case. And in any case. 3D EF preferable. What did you measure 2D, 3D EF? How much is it? Your comment, @NMerke ?

35-40 ish. It’s really weird though. Actual measurements would be much better in this case.

40-45%, lateral wall compensating it seems. send for formal ECHO with full measurements.
