in the 50's my mum was taken into hospital to have an ovarian cyst removed - turns out it was me!

You are a wonderful Doctor. I'm sure all your patients are very comfortable in your presence. They would easily be able to share their medical concerns with you. ❤

My gp wouldn’t listen to my family history or symptoms. When they operated they found 23cm and 11cm tumours on the ovaries, cancer had spread. I have a phobia now about going to the GP , the consultant said they had never seen anyone as phobic. I don’t know how to get better

Amir I was going through the menopause I went to the doctor's because I thought I had IBS it wasnt it was a 24 cm cyst on my ovary which had wrapped itself round my bowel had also attached it's self to my appendix thank goodness for the nhs

You are amazing finding time to do these. You are just an absolute delight! Thank you 😊 these explanations are so easy to understand. Love you lots ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is what I have had since the age of 14/15. Sadly not much support from GP as you would find in the U.S.A

I was in agony, maybe the worst pain ever, I'd say the pain was lower, a burning ball of fire. It was 9cm and had ruptured and I think wrapped around my ovary. Removed at Airedale.

I had a pregnancy induced cyst which grew to the size of a grapefruit. It made me very nauseous and tired. I had to have it removed.

Which type of cyst is PCOS ? X

Dr Khan I truly believe you are the nicest man ever. 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
