I'm 67 still racing road, gravel, and mountain bike age cat racer. This visual is very good and the motivation from these images is priceless more than the how to part. It's the motivation to get after it in the gym. Thanks @jfriel

How would I build such a programme. I’m 62 and damaged my knee over 20 years ago. I had two surgeries to clear a meniscus problem but things just got worse although the second op helped a bit. I would like to build a regimen of 80 % balance and power.

I would consider working with a PT and then a certified strength and conditioning coach.

Inspiring! At 58, I found I'd lost half of my strength at 25; started at the gym, and got most of it back. But, you're right, I lost my explosive speed. Not ever going to touch the basketball rim again. But, I can still ski!

“Strength, resistance & balance training…” - very important combinations. Thank you!

You can. To a certain degree.
