Modernization of key stations under the Amrit Bharat Scheme will provide world-class amenities to commuters. Overall these works involving thousands of crores of funds would create massive local employment opportunities and give a significant push to our State's economy. A HUGE STEP IN ENHANCING BHARAT’S ENERGY SECURITY 🇮🇳 Under the guidance of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and in the distinguished presence of Adarniya Amit Shah Ji and the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Nagaland Shri Neiphiu Rio Ji along with Hon'ble Union Minister Shri Hardeep Singh Puri ji; today we have signed a decisive tripartite agreement on energy exploration and extraction. This will help unlock over 1,000 sq km of area bordering Nagaland and Assam having significant energy and mineral reserves for exploration and production. Today’s agreement will give a new momentum to the country’s quest in achieving energy self sufficiency, driven by the North East. It also signifies the firm resolve of the Modi Government to remove as many long standing and complex hurdles that come on the way to achieve a Vikist and Surakshit Bharat. A new era begins for the Ashtalakshmi region.
