Actually they cast shadows, just those are filled by other lights. It is like a football stadium at night, lights hit from every angle so shadows get filled in instantly.

That’s pretty rad. But does that mean a person hovering you with that light on is part divine? Or another luciferain? Huh. I wonder who made those lights and probably why surgery is expensive. It keeps the light on for both. But sadly, it’s still not 100%, close anyhow.

its bullshit we constantly have shadows in lumbar disc hernias with small incisions. Maybe abdominal surgery with large incision. This is why we need endoscope sometimes
