@wisdom_walkss In government run drug stores (jan aushadhi) u can get a sugar free cough syrup for 50rs (half a dollar 💰)

@wisdom_walkss From packaging it is likely to be Glenmark brand Ascoril cough expectorant syp and this roughly costs 140 rupees(Wholesale price -100rs). Gori mam to thag liya 😁

@wisdom_walkss 252 rupees is a bit much for a cough syrup . Something under 150 is what would be expected . Also I would be interested to know what kind of cough she is having . Cough can be productive or nonproductive, with or without throat itching. Not all cough syrups have the same drugs

@wisdom_walkss Aunty didn`t overcharge her by much, but sure chose the most costly product and maybe charged her for a bigger bottle size. The Lozenges are ca 30 rupees. Ascoril Plus Expectorant is ca 230INR/200ml, 157INR/120ml. Can`t really tell which bottle size she got there.

@wisdom_walkss Benadryl small bottle cost around 100 rupees. The shopkeeper sold him some overpriced syrup.

@wisdom_walkss They earn in thousands of dollar per month meanwhile us earn in something in hundreds of dollar something average per month

@wisdom_walkss Ascoril LS costs 140rs on retail lol
