[KBS NEWS] “First-Time Donors Surge During ENHYPEN Blood Donation Campaign” These days, blood supplies are running low as fewer people are donating, creating a serious shortage. The K-pop group ENHYPEN, famous for their Vampire concept, stepped in as advocates for blood donation. Let’s take a look at the impact they made. ENHYPEN partnered with the Korean Red Cross to run a campaign encouraging people to donate blood. They incorporated the group’s signature Vampire concept into the campaign. As as result, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital has received 67 units of blood, each containing 500ml, this amounts to over 32 liters of urgently needed blood. To ensure the success of the campaign, 17 (truly a magic number!) staff members from Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, including doctors, nurses, and laboratory technicians, participated on-site. The blood donation drive was held at a local school in central Gaza, and upon completion, the donated blood was safely transported to the hospital.
