I became a blood donor today at ⁦⁦NHS Blood Donation 🩸🩹⁩ in Southmead Hospital Bristol 💙 The staff were amazing, took about 9 mins of blood flow, an hour in total with checks & a nice drink/snack. They need blood, particularly from ethnic groups, help if you can? All love ❤️
