Pay close attention to this interview of Renee Good from only 3 years ago! Does her personality seem completely different to you? Rumors are circulating that, at the time of the incident, she was being controlled by MK Ultra, and the “ICE agent” who shot her was simply following the script he was given. As of now, those are just allegations with no other evidence besides circumstantial anomalies. However, the interview she did in 2022 clearly supports the theory that something radically changed her personality in a very short period of time. It is not normal at all for a mom to abandon her young kids and move halfway across the country! What, outside of the extreme, would cause someone who appeared to love her family to do such a thing? There are certainly very powerful people who have benefited greatly from what happened. I will continue to investigate!

Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov, in an interview with Maxim Tucker for The Times, on the probability of a nuclear strike from Russia: I have not seen any indicators of preparation for a nuclear strike. Russia has the ability to strike with a nuclear weapon at any given place, at any distance, at any given moment. Its nuclear capabilities allow it to accomplish such a task. But the question of doing that is a matter of a political decision. Had there been any preparations I would be aware of them.

This point goes back to my jan 31st conversation with her (see quoted tweet) where I was asking whether the yield environment presented an opportunity for early redemption. So pay down the 2021 note early, get something that's longer · Why go for a Kes 20.0 billion programme when the immediate tap is Kes 11.0 billion? Two reasons. The first & key one is that the present yield environment presents an opportunity to lock in a large portion of the firm's debt requirement at a good rate. The second is to ensure as & when need arises the company doesn't have to navigate the process afresh · She mentions that this issuance is to a large extent about matching funding with the life of assets. Essentially, the struggle with commercial bank financing is the extent to which it tends to be short-term yet being deployed to assets whose useful life is long drawn out. Cash generation vs debt repayment alignment is a key play here · Risper says the new note is already attracting favourable sentiment from investors. I am one of those who were quick to ask whether the 11.8% was an offer too close to the sovereign from a risk premium optic. She says EABL has a good track record & that's a key factor with this issuance

Given the level of public interest in the case of PC Lorne Castle, it's quite remarkable that the misconduct hearing report still hasn't been published — and only a selective clip of body worn video has been released by the force to address supposed "misinformation". What, on the face of it, should have been dealt with as a learning opportunity by the force has become a circus, with the fight against crime and disorder suffering as a result.

What I witnessed during my trip to Nigeria was heartbreaking. I met a woman who witnessed all five of her children murdered in front of her. Another woman lost her husband and two daughters and had her unborn child killed. We did have positive conversations with the Nigerian government, and I believe we are close to a a strategic security framework to address both the ISIS and Boko Haram threat in the Northeast, as well as the genocide against Christians by the radical Fulani Muslims in the Middle Belt. The report that I will present President Donald J. Trump with outlines paths to work with the Nigerian government to end the slaughter of our brothers and sisters in Christ.
