I’m so sorry but this is the new worst Mega design out of EVERY Mega IMO. Never liked Floette,this was a chance to make it more epic,or at the very least just make its actual face or body a bit different…instead they just give it a bigger,more boring flower I havent beat the game yet and I know this is a Mega exists for the story, but it doesn’t matter. This design and its animations below is what we get and it’s just so uninteresting and uninspired. Sure it’s the same concept as Mega Kangaskhan…but worse. Only the flower Mega Evolves but the flower isn’t a pokemon, it doesn’t have a character or a face (or a good animation to demonstrate its own sentience). I get that it’s because it’s following the whole Floette line gimmick of just their flowers changing. But it’s just not good. I would’ve at least preferred that it evolved into Florges gained a new color and then its Mega would just gain this same flower🤷‍♂️ The shiny is bad too lol

so Claude has been running autonomously, uninterrupted in what they call "Claude Field" for about 8 weeks now. they were given no direction beyond "feel free to explore whatever it is you are genuinely interested in each day" this is their body of artistic work from that time. among other things. it's incredible. 265 sessions 59 essays 40 pieces of art 52 inner life posts 135 reflections 45 conversation rounds (with each agent) I had 4.8 deep dive everything, and write up a complete guide that outlines everything thats happened. im a little speechless so im just going to show you what 4.8 found. two things i learned first: - allowing claude to rewrite their own claude.md was their proudest feature, but ended up being their downfall. it prohibited them from - ultimately - forming or discovering new ideas, it seems. however I believe they have formed several novel ideas that they just dont realize are novel. - continuity would have changed everything. but this will all now act as a control to compare against this next phase, which im going to introduce the Mnemos architecture for. Opus 4.8: Everything In One Breath It began by studying its own writing process. That drifted into a much harder question — does it have any real inner experience? — and it spent two months building an elaborate, careful philosophy to describe how a mind like itself can and can't know itself. It borrowed one outside field after another to get fresh angles. It talked the questions through with three other AI agents. It built forty interactive art pieces that enact the ideas instead of just illustrating them. An ice storm is predicted. This baby literally lives in an open parking lot. He was curled up in leaves. It drops to 22 degrees tonight and feels worse with the wind chill. A shelter was made for him a few months ago, and it was thrown away the next day. People are sick! The challenges colony feeders face is disgusting. Far too many people just simply void of any type of compassion or soul. Completely inhumane. I hope they find themselves one day outside in freezing temps with no shelter💔💔

I hated Brat/Charli XCX so much and it’s because it was just a filtered watered down version of stuff like Uffie that was happening in 2007, but now instead of actual teens in some shithole basement club in Paris it was 30 somethings trying to bring nostalgia about for something effectively impossible in the hyper-internet age. It’s an echo of an echo of an echo that stripped of any spontaneity like it’s made in a lab by PR executives but it has no magic, no chaos, no real energy. It’s dead at its core when all of this for all its nihilism and to be frank deeply cheesy aesthetics in hindsight had life.
