I am dropping an article of impeachment against Eleanor L. Ross, a Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. I have been working on this alongside @repjimjordan since the news broke and will be introducing this on Monday. Judge Ross is alleged to have engaged in an extramarital affair with a high-ranking official of the Atlanta Police Department inside her federal courthouse chambers during office hours, within earshot of her judicial staff, while actively presiding over criminal cases. This radical judge has no place in power and is unfit to sit on the federal bench.

Milliron loses his cool when the attorney tries to argue for a stay, accusing her of wanting a different jury pool in Jefferson County before literally ordering a deputy to “remove her from my bench.” ​But this isn't a one-off. BREAKING: Judge Engoron in Trump’s NY case just admonished Trump for potentially violating his gag order yet again. As you can see below, Trump, to me, seems to have violated his gag order, saying: “This was a trial that should have never been brought but if we had a jury it would have been fair, at least. Even if it was a negative jury because no negative jury would vote against me. "But this judge will because this judge is a very partisan judge with a person who’s very partisan sitting alongside of him. Perhaps even much more partisan than he is." The Judge admonished him, saying: "I am very protective of my staff, as i should be…I don’t want anybody killed… I stated the last time that any future violations would be severely punished. Why should there not be severe sanctions for this blatant, dangerous disobeyal of a court order?" Trump’s attorney claimed Trump was referring to Michael Cohen.
