More than 100 vehicles from Assam are reportedly stranded in Sohra (Cherrapunji), leaving several tourists unable to return home. Many of the stranded vehicles were carrying tourists from Assam, including children and elderly passengers. With the vehicles unable to make the return journey, concerns are growing over the safety and well-being of those stuck in the area.
