A teacher asked me last night whether merit-based pay would disincentive good teachers from working at schools where students perform poorly. It’s a good question & here’s what I told her to explain why it’s exactly the opposite.

Democrats will just give Democrat teachers the answers and they will then teach the kids the answers to the tests. This will Lower the education levels as the kids will only be taught a test. Nevada does this. Unions protect them. Hollywood made this movie already……
