"Terrifying" is an exaggeration. It looks more like a well-executed forced landing after an engine failure. The pilot seems to have kept the helicopter under control until touchdown.

The visual interface features a live 3D glass-cockpit telemetry viewport rendered with Three.js showing an aircraft model with dynamic control surface deflections (elevators, ailerons, rudder, flaps), dynamic 3D aerodynamic vector arrows (Lift, Drag, Thrust, Gravity, and Relative Airflow streamtubes), and a spatial 3D flight path ribbon trailing behind the aircraft. In the first viewport, users can immediately scrub a pre-loaded complete representative incident scenario—'High AoA Aerodynamic Stall during Steep Climb'—or interactively fly the aircraft using a touch/mouse control yoke stick and throttle slider. The application computes continuous flight dynamics: Angle of Attack (AoA), Indicated Airspeed (IAS), Vertical Speed (VSI), G-force Load Factor, Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Lift/Drag coefficients ($C_L$, $C_D$), and stall hysteresis boundaries. When AoA exceeds critical limits, the UI triggers audible and visual 'STALL! STALL!' warnings, wing drop physics, and dynamic altitude drop, allowing users to practice stall recovery stick-forward pitching maneuvers. Provide distinct pre-configured incident telemetry scenarios: 1) High AoA Aerodynamic Stall & Wing Drop, 2) Asymmetric Thrust Engine Out Roll Coupling, 3) Microburst Wind Shear Encounter, and 4) Deep Stall Pitch Lockup. Include an interactive Aerodynamic Envelope chart ($C_L$ vs AoA curve) highlighting the current operating point in real time. Provide complete telemetry recording and export capabilities allowing users to download CSV logs containing multi-axis time-series data (Timestamp, Altitude, Airspeed, AoA, Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Thrust, G-Load, Stall Status) and full visual state reset controls. The layout must be fully responsive, accessible, dark-themed (slate `#0f172a` backdrops with neon aviation HUD colors), and performant on mobile and desktop viewports without horizontal overflow or canvas overlap. Pompaż sprężarki lub awaria zmęczeniową łopatek turbiny, która doprowadziła do natychmiastowego rozszczelnienia wewnętrznych komór olejowych. Olej pod ciśnieniem z łożysk wirnika (łożysko nr 4 lub 5) trysnął na rozgrzane tarcze turbiny i kanał wylotowy spalin. Zamiast się spalić, olej zaczął się gwałtownie gotować i odparowywać, co wygenerowało chmurę gęstego, szarego dymu wyrzucanego przez dyszę.
