Three suspects were arrested by Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) following a house robbery in Redcliffe, KwaZulu-Natal. Body cam footage captured the arrest shortly after the men fled the scene. Officers, responding to reports of a robbery on Riverview Road, identified and apprehended the suspects based on a description from a caller. Two Okapi knives used in the robbery were recovered. The same trio had previously robbed the 73-year-old victim on Monday, stealing his shotgun. They returned yesterday, held him at knifepoint, and were caught after his wife alerted authorities. Suspects' identities will be released after their bail hearing or identity parade.

Some personnel of the anti-robbery unit of the Ghana Police Service quickly responded and were involved in a standoff against an unidentified group of armed robbers at the Rahama Forex Bureau LTD in Lapaz, following a foiled robbery attempt. Eyewitness reports indicate a female staff of the forex bureau was held hostage whilst police attempted a rescue and arrest of the group.

According to City Police Sergeant Nelly Nelilwa, who was present at the scene, the suspect and his accomplice attempted to rob the woman of her phone and other valuables while she was purchasing fruits and vegetables from street vendors on Dr. Kuaima Riruako Street. A community member intervened, shooting one of the suspects in the leg and successfully chasing down and apprehending the other. The suspects were found in possession of two pangas. An ambulance was called to the scene to attend to the injuries of the shooting victim. VIDEO - AIR SUPPORT UNIT ASSISTS IN ARRESTS FOLLOWING JEWELRY STORE ROBBERY IN RICHMOND HILL Offices responded to a jewelry store robbery in the area of Yonge St and Levendale Rd in Richmond Hill yesterday, shortly after 3:30 p.m. Three suspects were seen using hammers to smash glass cases. A quantity of jewelry was stolen and the suspects fled in a silver SUV driven by a fourth suspect. One employee received minor injuries after being assaulted by one of the suspects. Using out Air Support Unit helicopter, Air2, the vehicle was located in the City of Toronto where the suspects fled but were quickly taken into custody. The vehicle used by the suspects was confirmed to be stolen. Of the four suspects charged, Marlando MITCHELL, 24 of Brampton, and the two youths, were out on a combined 10 release orders at the time of the incident. One of the youths was also on probation. “The teamwork demonstrated by York Regional Police is a testament to the professionalism and commitment our officers have in pursuing individuals who commit violent acts in our communities,” states Police Chief Jim MacSween. “Of the four suspects arrested, one adult and two youths were out on release orders. West Central Railway CPRO Harshit Srivastava says, "The incident occurred on the evening of 17th October.
