What is Maltodextrin? The carb nobody talks about... but it's more dangerous than sugar! Dr. Eric Berg exposes Maltodextrin – this sneaky white powder spikes blood sugar, packs on stubborn belly fat, fuels inflammation & wrecks your gut microbiome. It's the #1 hidden saboteur lurking in "healthy" snacks, protein powders, sports drinks & processed foods. Maltodextrin is a highly processed white powder made from GMO corn, rice, potato, tapioca or wheat. It’s technically a polysaccharide, but don’t let that science work fool you—it acts like a sugar in your body. It’s used to: ⚪️Add bulk & texture ⚪️Extend shelf life ⚪️Create that “melt in your mouth” feel. ⚪️Spike your blood sugar like a rocket to the moon. ⚠️Why it's Fattening 1️⃣Blood Sugar Spike = Fat Storage Maltodextrin has a glycemic index of 136 — higher than table sugar glycemic index of 65. This creates a huge insulin spike, which tells your body: ‼️Quick!! Store everything as fat! Especially around the belly! 2️⃣It hides in “Healthy” Foods You’ll find it in: ⚪️Protein powders ⚪️Sports drinks ⚪️Sugar free or low-fat snacks ⚪️Instant oatmeal, soups, dressings & supplements. It’s often added to make processed foods taste better or feel “creamy” while quietly sabotaging your metabolism. 🚫Maltodextrin is the wolf in carbs clothing—a cheap filler with a sweet tooth for destruction. It promotes fat storage, destabilizes blood sugar, feeds inflammation & disrupts your gut ecosystem. If you’re trying to heal, reduce inflammation, lose weight, or stay off blood sugar rollercoaster — ditch it. Look for it on ingredient lists (even supplements) and run the other way.

Nick Fuentes just recommended Ozempic to his 1M+ mostly Gen-Z fans, so now I need to rant. This is absolutely HORRIBLE advice. Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs literally paralyze your stomach so you can't digest food properly, and in countless cases have led to gastroparesis, intestinal blockage, BLINDNESS, and a laundry list of other horrific side effects. NOBODY should be taking this poison. If you're struggling with weight loss, here's some actually useful advice that will make you healthier without destroying your body: EAT MORE FATTY RED MEAT. And any high-fat animal products, really. (Excluding dairy, which is a growth agent in nature and thus triggers addictive pathways in your brain). Beef, butter, bacon, and eggs. Those 4 are your best friend. Carbohydrates, even the "healthy ones" like salad, fruit, whole grains, etc. are NOT satiating your body; they're glorified sugar/fiber bulk that strain your digestion and make you fart/shit more, while giving you zero actual nutritional value as you are not a cow or rabbit with the specialized digestive system required to digest break these materials down. (More details on why plants in any quantity are unhealthy for humans in the thread to follow). The reason why an overweight person's body is stuck in the constant craving mode is, very simply, because they are protein/fat-deficient. (Carbohydrates are non-essential, Protein/Fat are essential). The carbohydrate industry is far bigger than the other two, however, so they've thrown a ton of money around to convince the world that DIETARY FAT is bad for you, and causes BODYFAT. This is completely backwards from reality. Dietary fat is what turns off your hunger signals, i.e. gets your body to the NOURISHMENT point where it no longer craves food, which is where weight loss happens. I can practically promise you right now: if you're on the heavy side and just eliminate all carbs (even fruit/salad) and start eating bacon/eggs for breakfast, and a couple pounds of steak or ground beef for dinner (again, with NO CARBS on the side of either of these meals), you will see the the easiest, most delicious weight loss progress of your life. And if you're really dedicated to making progress as fast as possible? Work your way toward eating a TON of steak for dinner, and making that your singular meal for the day. (One meal in a day sounds crazy to the carb-addicted mind, but trust me, that protein/fat combo has carrying power. I've done this one-meal-of-steak-per-day routine for years, it's easy once you're acclimated to it.) I've done tons of podcast episodes and blog posts on the weight loss topic in the past, featuring personal friends of mine who've lost HUNDREDS of pounds on the Carnivore (Zero Carb) Diet, when NOTHING else worked for them, from vegan, to paleo, to mediterranean, keto, and everything in between. I'll turn this post into a thread, and link some of the resources I've gotten the most positive feedback on below for you to explore. Take a look, and share with any friends you know who are struggling with weight! 🧵👇

The "three fingers in front of your face" test (also called the 3-Finger Test) is a simple, viral trick popularized in early 2026 for spotting deepfakes or AI-generated video during live calls, especially with scammers. How It Works On a video call (Zoom, FaceTime, etc.), you ask the other person: "Can you hold up three fingers in front of your face?" A real human does this easily — their hand overlaps their face naturally. Many (especially older) deepfake or real-time face-swap systems struggle with this because: - They have trouble rendering occlusion (when the hand blocks part of the face) accurately in real time. - This often causes visible glitches: blurring, warping, distortion, unnatural blending, or the AI refusing / hesitating because it can't process the complex interaction properly. In the original viral clip (from cybersecurity researchers like Jim Browning and Huntress Labs), a suspected scammer hesitates, deflects ("That's too much..."), partially complies poorly, or the video glitches — exposing the fake. Why It Fits the Cognitive Wild West This test is a practical example of the "Cognitive Wild West" idea: in an era of synthetic media, people are developing quick hacks and personal "defenses" because there's no widespread, reliable system for verifying reality. It's low-tech cognitive security against high-tech deception — part of the arms race between AI creators and everyday users trying not to get scammed or manipulated. Limitations (It's Not Foolproof) Already becoming obsolete — Newer, more advanced deepfake models (as of mid-2026) handle hand-face interactions much better. Scammers now know the trick and can train around it or use better tech. It works best on real-time generated deepfakes, not pre-recorded or highly polished ones. False confidence is a risk: relying on one trick can make you less safe if you ignore other red flags (odd lighting, unnatural eye movement, audio mismatches, etc.). Better Practices in the Wild West Security experts recommend combining it with: - Asking for unpredictable actions (e.g., specific movements or objects). - Verifying identity through other channels (call back on a known number, check details independently). - Using emerging detection tools or just defaulting to higher scepticism on unsolicited video calls. It's a fun, memorable meme in the broader discussion of living with AI-generated content, but like everything in this space, it's temporary — the frontier keeps moving.

Folks, here's another little design exercise that I spent the last few hours on 👍 This is based on a thesis I had for basically a decade now: Aiming in FPS games with the right analog stick is quite bad. Your thumb has maybe 1cm of travel on a tiny stick, fighting a spring, trying to make precise micro-adjustments AND fast 180-degree turns with the same input. If we're being honest, that's a terrible interface for the task. Your wrist, on the other hand, has roughly 180 degrees of rotational range, uses your entire forearm's muscle groups, and can make both ultra-precise micro-corrections and fast sweeping motions naturally. It's why mouse aiming destroys stick aiming: You're using your wrist and arm, not your thumb. So the thesis is simple: what if we just used wrist rotation directly as the aiming input? No VR headset, no special hardware. Just hold an old Switch1 Joy-Con in your right hand and rotate your wrist. Small rotations for precision tracking, larger rotations for fast turns. Recoil kicks the camera up and you instinctively tilt your hand back to compensate, etc. To me, it just feels right. I built a little prototype to test this. It has 4 weapons with some recoil, cover you can lean around, jump/crouch, lock-on targeting, ammo management, blablabla. The whole point is to see if this input method feels as good in practice as it does in theory. The aiming algorithm handles all the shitty stuff: Dead zones against shaky hands, auto-clutching when you unwind your wrist, asymmetric sensitivity because human wrists rotate further inward than outward, response curves for precision at low speed without sacrificing fast flicks, etc. I made a quick video to show the prototype in action. And if you wanna try it yourself, I put a small zip file up here that contains the executable:

Father God, I thank you for everyone here. I pray that you would give each person here in this audience, clarity of mind, clear thoughts. That you would speak to them in their hearts and minds to, prepare them. That you would, fill them up where they aren’t full, where they are full, that you would give them perfect opportunities that suit your will to be a blessing so that you may increase their blessing, that you may refill their blessing. Make their glasses bigger to receive the blessing that you have for them, Father God. And give them clarity of mind and purpose to be a blessing to all around them. Blessings for healing, blessings for prosperity, so that in the midst of the storm, those around them will be able to be fed and cared for, and to know your presence, your peace, your way. We pray for all those warriors of truth, that they would, be encouraged and strengthened in their soul to proceed forward apace in this dark moment, and the dark moments ahead. That as we go through this near-death experience as a country, that it will go, we will go through it and, and prevail by faith, and that you would increase all of our faith through faithfulness to do your will, Father God. That we would come through this storm, this group specifically, as shining like the noonday sun, that your presence would shine brightly through each person here out into the country, and that we would dispel the darkness in souls, in actions, in justice, in lawfulness. That we will, push out the darkness that has, that has clouded our land, and those principalities, those powers of darkness in high places would be purged from the land by the light of your presence in your people doing your will, your way, Father God. We seek to be children of the light, the heavenly light, the godly light, and not a false light. But through truth and justice, that we would be, reign supreme in our land over every power of darkness, every evil, every sickness. That those demons of disease and dis-ease would be cast out of our land, and then that we, being strengthened, being made whole as a people, would be able, with power, to go forth into the world with ample supply from our own shores. To go into the world and to be not our brother’s keeper, but our brother’s brother. To be friends and, through kindness and through, acts of beauty, and your righteousness, Father God, to bring healing out into the world, wholeness into the world, and to oppose the devil wherever we may find him. To attack his activities, wherever he may be, and to bring light to those held in darkness, and freedom across the world according to your will, Father God, that men may serve you from liberty, not from compulsion, and not having to hide their faith in the dark. We look to you, Father God, for the energy, the supply, the clarity of mind, and the understanding of how to move to accomplish these things according to your will. We pray to be Gideon’s, those that are chosen by you specially, as we go into the enemy’s camps and at the appointed moment, bring them to complete chaos. Not against us or your children or your purposes, but to destroy each other’s camps, to destroy each other’s armaments, to destroy each other’s evil intention. That we may enjoy a time of peace, prosperity, clarity of mind across the world according to your will, even in the midst of the darkness. We ask for, protection, angelic protection throughout this whole camp and throughout those places that the people in this camp are warriors to protect and defend. That each one here would have all the necessary provision, angelic assistance, divine direction to do your will, Father God, your way, with an instant of, of clarity of mind and purpose. We thank you for the opportunity to come together, for the will in our hearts, that you have put your presence inside of us, and we ask for your help to do your will your way, and enjoy your supply accordingly, your blessing, Father God. Bless us, that we may be a blessing according to your will. We ask all this in Jesus’ name. By the blood of Christ, make it so, Amen. Full program today from Washington D.C. Where Juan and a group of Patiots gather.

Madam PS, Here's my unsolicited advise as a senior journalist. You're unlikely to win any war, fight or tussle with the media and its professionals who are undertaking their official business. At least not with this attitude, rigor mortis outlook, warthog makeup and Mami Wota wig. Your relentless attack on journalists and spite for the profession is on the rise, particularly targeting young scribes in the counties. It's time someone stood on business and I will take one for the team on this. Auntie, if you're unable to control your anger and temper, you may wish to avoid public engagement until your mood stop swinging towards helpless cameramen. Those cameramen you order around aren't your staff. They aren't your domestic servants either. They owe you nothing, other than respect for the occasion and their duty to public interest. Madam Volcanic Temperament, Journalism is protected by the constitution of Kenya. Journalists are accredited by Media Council of Kenya to cover public events such as this one which your own ministry sent invitation for. If you don't want any coverage, then the Ministry PR teams shouldn't send any media invitation. But then again, we don't need any invitations to matters of Public interest. Madam Tone Deaf, You may never order journalists around as you wish. Those professionals go through alot of pressure during deployment, to cover your event, prepare the story and meet the deadlines. The last thing they want to deal with is some deranged megalomaniac shouting at them, ordering them around as if they're some toy. Your disdain, contempt and disrespect for the media and its professionals has come to naught. As an editor, I'd easily exercise discretion on all future invitations, events and occasions involving your rogue self. I hope assignment editors take note of this situation and declare you a hostile Orangutan, not worthy of any future editorial coverage. You may need to knock your head against your vehicle's dashboard in the coming days and remind yourself why you're a Permanent Secretary of the Republic of Kenya. If you're unable to decipher an answer, I could organize a refresher hike, traversing the Elephant Hill and Mount Kinangop in the Aberdares for starters. That'd help in adjusting your primitive attitude towards journalists and journalism as a profesion. Before your next engagement with the media, I suggest that you take some anger management classes at the Hardcore Muay Thai and MMA Gym in Kayole. You may wish to seek assistance if, at your advanced age, you keep displaying bouts of Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder. If that isn't enough, we may not offer much, other than to deploy sufficient resources and personnel to cover your anticipated dismissal from public service on account of mediocrity, stupidity and nonentity. A remarkable whippersnapper, your show of the absurd will shortly come to a pitiful end.

I am stocked to announce that I won the OpenAI Developers Codex x Mollie Hacka Worldwide Hackathon in Paris. 60+ builders, every one of us working solo, one day to ship. I built mine around a single question: who gets to own intelligence? The default answer is scary. You hand your data to a handful of labs, they train the model, they own it, and you rent back a thin slice of what your own data made possible. That is the bargain on the table today. I do not accept it. So I built Lensemble: a Tapestry like distributed training platform for JEPA based World Models. What does it enable: World Models that a community improves together, keeps sovereign, and co-owns. Two bets sit underneath it. First, the paradigm. Language models predict the next token. Powerful for text, a dead end for the physical world. A robot does not need to autocomplete sentences, it needs to predict what happens next in the world. That is what JEPA does: it learns by predicting representations instead of pixels or tokens. I am convinced world models are the most underrated paradigm in AI right now, and the closest thing we have to a ChatGPT moment for robotics. Second, the politics. Your raw trajectories never leave your machine. Each participant trains locally against a shared protocol and ships only an update, never the data. A federated round folds those updates into one shared world model, a LeWorldModel based model, and the gain is measured, not claimed: a 12k-parameter adapter on a frozen backbone, held-out prediction error down about 12 percent, the model measurably less surprised by the world. Then the upside is split by contribution weight, so the people who improved the model own a share of what it earns. This is the thesis behind Project Tapestry, the AI Alliance and Yann LeCun's push for federated, sovereign frontier AI, carried into world models and robotics. Call it Tapestry for the physical world. All of it built solo, in a single day, with Codex as my pair the whole way. Thank you to OpenAI Codex and Mollie for backing builders who ship real things, and to Boris and the organizing crew for the room and the standard you set. Intelligence the world improves, and the world owns. That is the future I want for my kids, and the one I will keep building.

I'm happy to have finally given Splinterlands a try and I was not disappointed. 🔥 A huge shoutout to Dejota for taking the time to get on a call with me and guide me through my initial steps in starting Splinterlands! 🙏 Another shoutout to Canada804 for recommending Splinterlands and bringing it to my attention over a month ago! And shoutout to the rest of the Splinterlands community for being legit one of the most supportive I have ever seen in the web3 gaming space! 💯 If you're a fan of TCGs, I highly recommend giving this a scope! This is a TCG powered by the Hive Blockchain Hive, where your transactions have no fees💯 Packed with hundreds of unique cards with awesome designs, that you can own to battle for rewards, collect, trade or even burn to earn Dark Energy Crystals (DEC) or Glint. DEC - The main in-game currency of Splinterlands, valued at $1.00 per 1,000 DEC, even if it is at or below peg. Used to purchase or rent cards and can also be staked to earn $SPS rewards. Glint - Non-transferrable currency used to purchase cards or items in the reward shop. $SPS - The official governance token for Splinterlands. Battles are are super quick and automatic....yes, i know some of you might not like auto battlers and its the same for me, but this one just hits different. There's still lots of strategy and other elements involved that'll still have you engaged and wanting to build your deck to formulate new strategies and get right back into another match. There's just something about carefully selecting the right cards to prepare for battle, (you only have a short about time to prepare), seeing the match unfold and how your chosen cards hold up against your opponent's. Like watching a live sports match while you root for your team. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did and with the matches playing out super fast (speed is also adjustable) there's an urge to want to get right back in it. After winning matches and reaching the Bronze League, you'll be able to start playing for rewards! I'm still super new and learning but eventually I'd like to do one of my proper overview videos about this to show you all a more in-depth look. 🔥

Labour's Bev Craig is the new Mayor for Greater Manchester Bev Craig - good luck! "I never believed as a girl growing up in a council estate that one day I would have the chance to stand for the place that I love, the place in this world that I'm proud to call home, and to offer my service to make our city region better." "Because Greater Manchester is special. We talk a lot about our history. We talk about the role that we've played from the birth of the Industrial Revolution to the trade union movement and Peterloo. From the suffragettes through to modern inventions and splitting the atom and the invention of the modern computer." "We've changed the world in many ways in the past, but Greater Manchester's potential lies in its future. And when Westminster walked away from us, when we were struggling as a deindustrialized city region, it was the people in this place that began the journey to rebuild." "And people often ask me, what is it that I feel makes Greater Manchester so special? And it's our people and our communities. And during this campaign, I've got to see that firsthand in every single corner of this city region." "In every pride, village, town, and both our cities, I find fantastic people doing incredible things against the odds every single day. Rejecting the politics of hate, but standing with their neighbors, looking out for each other." "The spirit of a place that their neighbors will give their final pound in their pocket to help their struggling friend do the right thing. But for too many people across our region, life is simply too hard. The generational belief that we had that if you work hard and you did the right thing, then your life would be better, and the life of your kids would be better, is something that many people just don't feel at the minute." "And that is the challenge that we in politics have to face up to. And it's why I set myself a simple test, and I make that commitment to you today, that every single decision I take as your mayor of Greater Manchester will pass the test of making your life better." "It will put more money in your pocket, and that was one of the reasons that my first pledge was around free buses for eleven to eighteen year olds to put five hundred quid in the pockets of families and give a message to our young people that they could be anything they wanted to be and go anywhere they wanted to go." "That everyone in our city region deserves a good quality home that they can afford in a safe neighborhood, and that everyone has to feel the benefits and successes of growth. You have to feel it in your pocket with good jobs in every corner of our city region, and you've got to see it on your high streets and when you walk out your front door, restoring pride into our, our high streets and town centers." "But it can't just be about building the basic fundamentals of a good life. It's creating a good life. It's letting people make those decisions where they plan with optimism and hope for the future. Things like spending time with friends and family with enough money in your pocket to do it, to plan for your holidays, to plan for your trips, to be able to think of the life you're creating for your kids." "And that's what we can do here in Greater Manchester. And the final thing I'll say is that this is about the city region that we want to be. This is the Greater Manchester that we can be. And that has to come with the belief that we can build things that make life better." "And I'll say this really plainly. To those that voted for me, thank you. To the Labour support that's in doubt, thank you. To those of you that lent me your vote, thank you. And for those of you that didn't vote for me, I will still be your mayor because I will defend this city region with every bone in my body, and I will fight for a better life for all of us." "So the hard work begins. I've done this with a promise and a plan, and my promise and commitment to you is that I will make this city region better, but I will work for everyone. I will be a greater mayor for everyone. And we have to heal." "We have to move away from divisive politics that try and pit neighbor against neighbor, and we'll work together. We'll do it together, we'll deliver it together, and we will build a Greater Manchester that works for all of us, that we're all proud of, where everyone feels welcome and everyone has a chance to succeed. Thank you."

A banana in January in New York floods your mitochondria with deuterium. Your body has no tools to handle it. Dr. Laszlo Boros — former professor of pediatrics at the UCLA School of Medicine & pioneer of deutonomics — explains why seasonal & local eating isn't just a dietary preference. It's a fundamental requirement for mitochondrial function. Three independent mechanisms explain why. 1) Sunlight and photon pressure: Tropical fruits are naturally high in deuterium — the heavy isotope of hydrogen that causes ATP synthase nanomotors inside your mitochondria to stutter and break. In equatorial regions, high-intensity red and infrared sunlight penetrates the body and decreases the viscosity of water inside mitochondria — allowing the nanomotors to keep spinning despite the deuterium load. Eat that same banana in a dark New York winter — without the corresponding sunlight — and your mitochondria receive the heavy fuel without the light needed to process it. The nanomotors stall. 2) Microbiome desynchronization: Your gut microbiome is your primary deuterium filter. Here's the mechanism most people miss: Bacteria actively collect deuterium to fuel their own division. They run their nanomotors in reverse — pumping clean protons out while trapping heavy deuterons inside their cells. As they ferment your food, they strip out the deuterium and release deuterium-depleted metabolites — short-chain fatty acids and ketone bodies — back into your gut for clean energy production. The trapped deuterium gets excreted in your stool. But this filtering mechanism only works when your microbiome is adapted to the food you're eating. Bacteria are highly specialized. They only efficiently metabolize a narrow range of substrates. When you eat a consistent local diet — your microbiome develops a stable tailored population that knows exactly how to extract deuterium from those specific local foods. When you introduce an imported tropical fruit in winter — your gut bacteria are caught off guard. They haven't adapted to this foreign substrate. They can't ferment it efficiently. They can't trap the deuterium fast enough. It slips past the gut's mucosal barrier directly into your circulation — and into your mitochondria. 3) Nanomotor stutter and metabolic crowding: Inside your mitochondria are ATP synthase nanomotors — spinning at up to ~9,000 rotations per minute to pump protons and produce energy. A deuteron is twice as large and twice as heavy as a normal proton. When it enters these fast-spinning motors — it acts like a medicine ball thrown into a precision engine. It becomes stuck. The nanomotors stutter and break. The consequence is metabolic crowding. With the motors destroyed, protons can no longer return to the mitochondrial matrix to mix with oxygen and form metabolic water. Complete biological combustion stops. Just like an engine choked with fuel but lacking a working exhaust — your mitochondria can no longer fully burn incoming carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into their natural end products of carbon dioxide and water. The unburned fuel backs up and piles up inside your cells. Your body stores it as visceral fat, excessive glycogen, or abnormal proteins. This is metabolic crowding. And it is the biochemical root of obesity, diabetes, and cancer. Boros: "When you walk into a department store and you see those shiny apples and watermelons from wherever they're from — it's really not your food. First of all, it doesn't grow there, especially not in that season. And when you eat it, you don't have the light exposure, the oxygen partial pressure, and you name it." Eating locally and seasonally isn't a wellness trend. It's what your mitochondria were built for.

BREAKING: Trump’s USDA just postponed a major reform designed to empower poultry farmers against corporate monopolies. It was set to go into effect in July. Now, it’s postponed to December 2027. We fully supported this rule that would fix the broken “tournament system” used by corporations that dominate the poultry industry to pit small farmers against each other. Journalist Christopher Leonard broke down everything you need to know about the tournament system and why it needs to be reformed: “Just two companies, Tyson Foods and Pilgrim’s Pride—and Pilgrim’s is owned by JBS—control about half of the [poultry] market.” “And it’s not just that so few companies control it today.” “This business is vertically integrated.” “A company like Tyson Foods, for example, owns the feed mill, they own the slaughterhouse, they own the trucking line, they own the hatchery, and they work with farmers under contract.” “When we have an industry that’s consolidated like it is today, we see an old playbook that monopolies use to extract more profit than ever.” And the “most notorious” mechanism they use to extract profit and dominate the industry is the “payment regime that’s called the tournament system.” “These poultry companies… take information on all the farmers that deliver chickens during a given week, and then they rank the farmers against each other based on how fat those birds got on the amount of feed that the farmer was given.” “The companies will give a higher price per pound to the top performers and a lower price per pound to the lower performers whose birds didn’t gain as much weight.” “In a way, that sounds like your typical bonus system, but here’s the key: the bonus for the top performers is actually taken away from the pay of the lower performers.” This now-postponed USDA reform would have banned payment deductions from lower-performing farmers, eliminating these corporations’ key tool to pit small farmers against one another. We strongly urge the USDA to re-commit to implementing this reform by July 2026 for the sake of small farmers, who are struggling more than ever in the face of price spikes as a result of geopolitical conflict. 🚨 Alright, listen to me for a second. 🚨 The NEW version of Wayfinder, is the version of the game we needed from the start. It's pretty much unrecognizable from the model we saw months ago. ✅ Better performance, cleaner combat, better loot, better UI/UX, better sound design, you name it. 😖 Here's my problem: It could be too late. This reality really stings, because this is the game I feel the team wanted to show us from the very beginning. I truly hope their marketing team is able to pull it out the bag here and get big streamers playing it, and platforms promoting it with ads. 😈 If you're a Borderlands fan, this is the update you've been waiting for. Loot drops with rarities, levels, randomized stats, and there is TONS of transmog variety including player housing, mounts, weapon dyes, emotes, sprays & more. 🤖 If you're a Destiny fan, the worlds feel more open, with included patrols, and mini lost sector like basements with loot hidden amongst enemies/puzzles. 👹 New difficulty levels feel fun and challenging meaning the game is accessible to quite literally any skill level. There's now ARMOR SETS too, providing even more customization for your character as you level through the reworked skill trees, which now work like those seen in games such as POE/Diablo. 💸 And the best part? Zero MTX. Everything which was previously paid, is now a free addition and earned in game. I'm sure I'll get called a mega shill 🤓 for this post, but that comes with the FAME 😎 Seriously, check this game out when it launches. The team at Wayfinder have done a great job all around with this one.

George: “Formula 1 is bigger than any driver. So, you know, you wouldn't want to lose Max because I think we all enjoy racing against Max. And it's just part and parcel of Formula 1. I didn't enjoy driving the 22 car when it was porpoising up and down, killing everybody's backs. The car was big, it was heavy, the high speed corners, it wasn't very pleasant to drive around. But he didn't have the same complaint because he was winning. Now, the complaints that he has currently are different to the complaints of Mercedes, Ferrari and McLaren because we're at the front end of the grid. And this is only natural, and you do understand and recognise the frustration but he's achieved what most drivers dream of which is winning a championship. He's got 4 of them. And at the end of the day, I guess you get to a point in life that you want- there's not really much more for him to achieve in Formula 1. You know, he's ticked all the boxes, maybe he can go after the records, but knowing him as I do and knowing drivers who have won or achieved similar things; at one point, you want to do what puts a smile on your face. And if driving the Nordschleife- I can totally understand why driving the Nordschleife puts a smile on his face. You know, I've driven hundreds of laps around the Nordschleife on the simulator. And I would love to have that chance to go and race around the Nordschleife. But my goal now is to become a Formula 1 world champion. If I have 4 of them under my belt, I'd probably be doing the same. So, you know, he's in a very different stage of his career. And yeah, I think you'd understand if he stayed and you'd understand if he weren't."

Toronto police arrested a brave Canadian journalist, David Menzies, once again. I asked why they arrest Canadian journalists and do nothing against the masked terrorist sympathizers who came to intimidate the Jewish community. They did not respond. One of the officers even became upset that I was recording. I told the officer that in any normal world, you should not arrest journalists for doing their job. I wanted to continue my pass straight forward to the other side of the street. At first, one police officer did not let me continue on my way and even threatened to arrest me. But after an interesting conversation, I continued my way to the other side of the street from the direction that I wanted and joined the crowd who were waving Canadian🇨🇦, Israeli🇮🇱, and Lion and Sun🦁🌞 flags. - Is it appropriate to have a phone directly in my face? - As long as I respect your personal space, yes. - I have been respectful to you. - I am respectful as well, but you are not being respectful to Canadian journalists. - I don't need a camera in my face. - I need it, because you are doing something wrong. - Explain to me why you need to put a camera in my face? - Because it is a public space. I even gave you more than your personal space. Why are you afraid of being on camera if you are doing something right? In a normal world, Toronto Police should arrest those masked agitators, not Canadian journalists. In a normal world, we are all tired of two tier policing. Let's talk about the normal world. Despite the fact that I gave more than personal space to the officer, he repeated his question: - Why do you have a camera close to me? What is the need? - Because it is my right and you are arresting the journalists. - I’m not. I'm standing here. - Then let me pass. I am going to the other side of the street. I'm going this way(straight forward). - No. You should walk around. - I'm gonna go this way. What are you going to do? - You are not doing that. - I'm gonna do that. What are you gonna do if I go straight forward? - You will be arrested. - What? - I am telling you right now, you are not getting to this area. A coward masked Jihadist jumps in the conversation. - Show your face then talk to me. You are not capable of talking to me. I continued with the police officer: - Why are you arresting David Menzies? - I don't know. I just got here. You are not going to pass here. - I know my rights. That is the IRGC flag over there. Are you supporting terrorist sympathizers while arresting a Canadian journalist? Coward Jihadi jumped in the middle of the conversation and told me to walk around and go to your home. - I am not walking around. Canada is my home. Show your face! - You should leave or you're going to be arrested. - I leave from this direction (the direction that I want). You see I passed this direction. 😎

ATTENTION! There is GREAT debate whether Iran had a nuclear bomb or how close they were to possessing one. This SITREP addresses what it takes to build one and readers can then speculate whether Iran had one or not. That said (and let’s face it), this war between IS & IR is as much or more about regime change as it is about destroying IR’s ability to possess a NUC. First, the time to build a NUC bomb after highly uranium enrichment (HEU) depends on several factors, including the level of enrichment, the design of the weapon, technical expertise, and available resources (ALL OF WHICH IRAN HAD). Here's a breakdown: For a simple fission bomb, like what’s referred to as a "gun-type" design, HEU with at least 90% uranium-235 is typically required. If the uranium is already enriched to this level, the enrichment step is complete. My judgement is the Israelis assessed that Iran was likely at that level of enrichment and could not risk further development of a NUCLEAR BOMB. For a sophisticated state like Iran was, with enough HEU, technical know-how, and pre-existing infrastructure, a basic gun-type bomb (think WWII Little Boy or Fat Man) can be assembled in weeks. Essentially, the design of bombs like these is simpler, requiring less sophisticated engineering. And testing can be conducted deep underground. Some “experts” will argue Fat Man is more complex (that's true). Overcoming this requires precise engineering of components like the neutron initiator and explosive lenses (Iran likely has (or had) access to these type technical components). What’s Next (Steps post enrichment): 1. Material Fabrication: Shaping the HEU into the required form (e.g., a core or pit), which only takes days to weeks with proper equipment. 2. Component Manufacturing: Building other parts like the tamper, reflector, and detonators. This could take weeks to months, depending on the design and available technology (Iran was reported to be working on these for years). The sophistication of their ballistic missile capability allowed this type of technical testing & development. 3. Assembly and Testing: Integrating components and ensuring functionality. For a gun-type bomb, this is straightforward (days to weeks). For an implosion design, precision testing and machining could extend the timeline significantly (months). This above analysis assumes no major obstacles (like having your nuclear, engineering, and technical support facilities decimated by a severe Israeli bombing campaign). Other obstacles are political, logistical, or internal security constraints. All could extend timelines significantly. Additionally, some types of more modern nuclear weapons often involve more complex designs, and require further time for development and testing. AND, the deranged Iranian regime could care less about rules and norms or international law (or development & testing protocols of the IAEA for instance). They were already sponsoring terrorism globally (never mind in their own region). Bottom Line: Everyone that has been paying attention knows Iran has long wanted a NUC, they worked toward achieving one, they were very close, and as the leading nation for state sponsor of terrorism around the world, Iran could NEVER be allowed to possess a NUC. The regime said they wanted to annihilate Israel off the map!! That said, the problem isn't Israel, the problem is the tyrannical Iranian regime that has a death wish for its own people, its neighbors and anyone else who doesn’t believe in its way of life. The current Iran regime represents a global problem for all humanity. I support and will pray for Israel and the people of Iran. Donald J. Trump JD Vance Secretary Marco Rubio DNI Tulsi Gabbard Take a listen to this video from early 2017. Trump has been correct in his belief about no NUCs for Iran for a long time.

It has been two years since I last saw Ilene in person. Two years ago, I received a package from DCF stating that I was “not safe” to be around my own daughter. I remember that day with painful clarity. As I read those papers, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. My hands were shaking. Tears streamed down my face, and I could not stop crying. I’ve mentioned before that I don’t like to show my tears. I never have—especially in front of my children. Well, since that day, only one child remained with me: my son. Derek witnessed something he had never seen before. He watched me break. He hugged me, trying to comfort me, while I struggled and failed to hide my emotions. Because when you read official documents accusing you of “abuse” and “neglect,” filed by a so-called mandatory reporter—Aaron Miller—you understand something immediately and viscerally: at that moment, you have lost your daughter. The daughter who was the apple of your eye. Your hope. Your pride. Your love. You realize that the child you cherished every minute with has been turned against you. That she despises you—not because of who you are, but because the world taught her to. The system taught her to. As I sit here now, remembering that day, I realize that was the moment I lost Ilene. At the time, I didn’t know that I would soon lose her completely—that she would take her own life. But I knew then. When I read those DCF papers, I knew she was gone. There are no words to describe that feeling: mourning your child while she is still alive. Knowing your child does not want you around. Knowing you are grieving someone who still breathes. That was also the moment I began to understand how this system has been abusing thousands upon thousands of families across this country. How deeply traumatized parents are when the state inserts itself between a child and a loving family. I’ve heard the stories—parents who took their own lives after the system took their children away. This approach is not humane. It is devastating. History has seen this before. In Nazi Germany, families were torn apart under the authority of the state. Teen Jewish girls in Auschwitz were subjected to hormone experiments by Nazi scientists. What was happening then was “legal” under their laws. Legality did not make it moral. What is happening in the United States today—when children are taken from families because they are not “affirmed”—is also considered “legal.” It was legal when Aaron Miller filed that complaint against me. After World War II, those crimes were judged under new laws, and those responsible were held accountable—even though their actions had been legal at the time. Legality did not protect them. Compliance did not absolve them. “Following the rules” did not excuse the harm. I believe that one day our laws will change as well. That what is now labeled “neglect” or “abuse” will be recognized for what it truly is. The question remains: Will accountability come even if the harm was carried out in accordance with the law? Will punishment follow even when the system itself authorized and rewarded it? Will those who tore families apart be held responsible? Will those who pushed vulnerable youth toward irreversible medical interventions face consequences? Will mandatory reporters, DCF workers, and others who benefited from this system be forced to answer for what they did? History suggests that legality has never been the final judge.
