If you are going to allow your members to stand and talk nonsense, then the opposition benches are going to protest. The Prime Minister is hiding behind the Speaker. They are making the Speaker say all this. Yesterday, he (PM Modi) did not have the guts to come to the House because three women were standing in front of his bench. What nonsense is this? Why don't you ask the government why the LoP isn't allowed to speak? Why don't you ask Amit Shah or PM Modi? Do they have any basis to stop him (Rahul ji) from quoting a published source? Sad to say that there is no expenditure being made by the State Government of #Odisha for the people of this state and for their development. Time and again this has been brought to the attention of #Odisha Government by Biju Janata Dal that there must be some expenditure for the development of the people of the state, but they seem to be totally neglectful about this. Everyone is suffering. It's not exclusive to any people, it is everyone that is suffering. It's like they're playing on empty vessels, and we all know that empty vessels make a good sound, and that's what they're satisfied by. #BJDWithOdisha
