Uhh, was that from this trial? Leaving that aside, before the treatment no walker, post-treatment using a walker? Come on man

Remarkable progress, and an important reminder of how innovation, accurate diagnostics, and continuous clinical research can transform patient outcomes.

The gap between what's possible in trials and what's accessible to patients is still massive.

If this holds up, in vivo CAR-T removes the ex vivo manufacturing step that makes autologous therapy so hard to scale. Worth flagging though the same molecule is running globally as RXIM002, and there've been three deaths in that program so far

The visible functional improvement is encouraging, but phase 1 is the beginning of the evidence journey. Durable value will depend on safety, durability, and whether an off the shelf platform can lower complexity and cost.

A potential breakthrough for progressive MS: engineering CAR T cells directly inside the body could open a new path for treating autoimmune disease. Exciting early results, but more evidence is needed.
