The vision, planning, approval, and start of construction all predate 2014 by many years (with significant work under multiple earlier governments). Delays were long due to terrain, geology, and design issues; completion and operations happened later

Construction of the Chenab Bridge officially began in 2004. However, work was suspended between 2008-10 following safety and design concerns. Construction completed in civil in 2022, while operations in 2025. Kindly refrain from false statements, that bridge never existed before 2014, it was ongoing work. Moreover the work was executed by L&T, WSP group, AECOM, Essar steel & Swiss Mageba for stopper bearings.

You can take credits for a project started before 2014, No issue but the plan got envisaged long before 2014 and majority of work done. You must talk about Bullet train project and 100 smart cities announced in 2014. Why they are delayed even after 12 years with PMO monitoring.
