Man arrested for talking on a phone in a public parking lot. James (John) Fillmore was parked in the parking lot adjacent to the police department. Nowhere in the parking is there a sign that says this lot is restricted. He pulled in to take a phone call. While on the phone an officer approached his vehicle demanding to know why he was there. John explained to take a phone call and things took off from that point as the Battle over if John can be in the lot or not ensued. The Chief of police even got involved. They arrested him claiming he refused a lawful order. In the end John filed suit against the PD which was quickly settled out of court for 75k. The police chief also is no longer with the department.

He loses it, calls them liars, gets in their faces, starts throwing around race (“He’s a white man… you’re a black man…”), demands police, and keeps arguing the whole way out the door while they escort him. They tell him to get the fck out. He tells them they’re crazy. Someone at the end just says “So much racism!” The left eventually wants to cram everyone on public transportation.
