Panicked, the mother elephant rushed to her calf's side and tried everything she could to help, but she was unable to free it. She also stood guard, protecting her baby from potential predators while waiting for help to arrive. Fortunately, a rescue team quickly reached the scene by helicopter. With the timely efforts of the Baikunthapur Forest Division, support from local fishermen, and veterinary care, the calf was safely rescued and reunited with its mother, who immediately accepted and nursed it. Just look at how mother behaved !!
