A YouTuber tested ARC Raiders matchmaking by using 2 separate accounts: one where he engaged in PvP and another where he was only friendly. The conclusion: The game's matchmaking indeed judges your aggression and puts you into friendly or hostile lobbies accordingly.

He was always friendly, rational, and focused on ideas. I never saw him ask anyone about caste. Social media is quick to judge. Let’s give him the benefit of doubt until facts are clear. #pattimandramraja
