Umbrella staking rewards stakers with elevated returns on top of Aave’s base lending. But it comes at a cost: 20-day cooldown. 2-day exit window. The yield is strong. The wait is brutal.

NOYA fixes that. Every new deposit is matched to a pending withdrawal, across chains, in real time. Most exits settle in minutes. You collect the yield while others wait.

Unpaired capital flows into an omnichain, AI-managed buffer, farming Aave’s highest-yielding markets in real time.

An AI agent actively reallocates assets not in the buffer across USDC, USDT, and GHO—targeting the highest-yielding Umbrella pools on Aave.

The result? A vault that pushes 10% APY, with none of the usual friction. Access without friction. Yield without pause. This is not a wrapper. It’s performance unlocked.

Some innovations get noticed. Others change what users expect forever. This vault is the latter. Get in before “instant yield” becomes everyone else’s roadmap. gNOYA

NOYA's Umbrella Vault revolutionizes DeFi by turning Aave's high yield staking into a liquid, user friendly experience. With AI driven real time matching and a dynamic buffer, it offers near instant withdrawals and up to 10% APY, redefining yield optimization. This isn't just an upgrade , it's a game changer for DeFi users.

🎙️New pod just dropped! I sit down with my old friend Stani, Founder of Aave Labs, to deep dive into Aave v4 and its biggest updates compared to v3. This is Ep. 1 of a new series where I analyze the evolving architecture of onchain lending markets and their impact on DeFi. Just as onchain spot trading evolved from p2p models like EtherDelta to pooled AMMs like Uniswap v2—and now to modular designs like Uniswap v4, built as lower-level protocols for sophisticated actors to run custom strategies without fragmenting liquidity—lending is following a similar path. ETHLend struggled to scale its p2p fixed-rate lending approach and lacked sophisticated actors building on top of the protocol to abstract this complexity. Aave v1 introduced pooled liquidity, making it easier for retail users to borrow and lend using the same strategy dictated by the Aave DAO. Now, Aave v4 marks a new phase: a modular hub-and-spoke design for deploying bespoke credit markets. 🧩 Hubs = Capital allocators that determine rates & provide credit lines 🛠️ Spokes = isolated, configurable lending strategies that draw capital from a Hub Use cases range from RWAs to fixed-rate credit to looped LP vaults (e.g., strategies pioneered by Arrakis on Uniswap v3 + MakerDAO). Critically, Aave evolves from a vertically integrated DAO—the sole allocator of protocol capital—into a permissionless platform where institutions (e.g., BlackRock) and DAOs can co-allocate capital alongside Aave itself. This is the beginning of a modular credit layer for all of DeFi. 🎧 Listen here: 📺 Watch here: 📖 Aave v4 proposal:

$sthUSD Is Live: Yield Becomes Native at Tharwa Today we open the next chapter of Tharwa. $sthUSD, our yield-bearing stablecoin layer, is now live and ready for the public. For years, stablecoins have been a $250B+ market, but nearly all of that capital has sat idle. Holders earned nothing while issuers pocketed the yield. sthUSD changes that. It makes yield a native property of money itself, flowing directly into your wallet from a portfolio of real-world assets. What is $sthUSD? sthUSD is the staked version of thUSD. It is built on an ERC-4626-inspired design, reconfigured specifically for Tharwa with a new instant-withdraw class and optimizations that make it more efficient. At launch, entry and exit fees are set at zero to encourage adoption. The mechanics are simple: • Mint $thUSD • Stake it into the $sthUSD contract • Receive $sthUSD and watch your balance grow automatically No farming gimmicks, no manual claims, no hidden risks. Withdrawals are instant. Where the Yield Comes From The yield behind sthUSD is real and transparent. It comes from the same diversified portfolio that backs thUSD: sukuk, UAE real estate, gold, and capped exposure to commodities. As these assets generate income, returns are routed through the protocol treasury and distributed proportionally to sthUSD holders. Rewards are time-weighted, vested automatically, and visible on-chain. This is not emission-driven yield. It is powered by cash flows from real-world assets, optimized through Tharwa’s portfolio design and risk framework. Why sthUSD Matters sthUSD completes the foundation of Tharwa’s ecosystem. thUSD provides stability. sthUSD turns it into a currency that compounds by default. Together, they make Tharwa function like an on-chain hedge fund: stable by design, yield-bearing by nature. That opens the door to much bigger things. sthUSD can become the backbone collateral for DeFi integrations, a reserve asset for DAOs, or a passive income instrument for institutions. It is designed to be simple for retail, yet robust enough for treasuries and fund allocators. The speculation is not whether sthUSD will matter, it is how far it spreads once DeFi realizes what it unlocks. What’s Next Launching sthUSD is not the end, it is the start of a much larger system. Coming up: • Expansion of static yield bonds through ERC-1155 vaults • Integration of sthUSD into DeFi liquidity pools and lending protocols • OTC marketplace for secondary liquidity • Production-grade AI assistant for rebalancing • Development of segregated sukuk vaults for faith-aligned yields sthUSD is the product that transforms thUSD from a stable placeholder into an income-generating unit of account. If stablecoins were the backbone of DeFi until now, sthUSD is what makes that backbone yield-bearing and alive. Stake Now:

🚨 Q: What makes it clear to you as a virologist that the virus was engineered? 🚨 BEST ANSWER I’VE HEARD: A: There's a couple of genetic sequences in this virus that we can't establish an evolutionary line from. Seems to be a mix of a couple different COVID viruses. What finally sold me was in the Wuhan strain, the sequence that the U.S. was given. There’s a 20 amino acid stretch up near the sort of the cauliflower part of the protein that if you three-dimensionally model it, it is a super antigen, which is a bad thing to be. And it's a super antigen that's derived from a bacterium called staphylococcal enteropoxin B [a bioweapons agent]. And what this does is that if you get it into your bloodstream, It turns on about 30% of your lymphocytes all at once. This is what we call the cytokine storm. If you grew the Wuhan virus on human epithelial cells, that segment stayed in there. But if you grew it on alternate tissue culture methods, chuck that thing out. And this is always sort of an indication that's been crammed in there and it's not natural. And then there was a thing called a furin cleavage site that had been engineered in there. So the spike protein is like a closed umbrella and it's manufactured, but it's got to get through all that cytoplasm in the cell membrane and poke out through the cell membrane. And then the umbrella opens up, right? And the furin cleavage site is what holds that umbrella together. And we've seen it in some other coronaviruses, but they're not a direct lineage to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. When this virus came out, it was perfectly adapted to replicate in man. It didn't like bats anymore. It liked man. And, you know, you don't see this unless it's had *extensive passage in a host that is its target*. 👀
