Abdul El-Sayed blasts the record $46 million in AIPAC spending backing Haley Stevens, saying it was spent because “they know she’ll be a reliable vote,” pointing to her vote last week for another $3.3 billion in aid to Israel. “My job is to take care of you here. I want your tax dollars spent in Michigan… I think money sent over there to kill kids and women is the worst use of our tax dollars.” El-Sayed added that AIPAC was “outspending us 12 to 1,” saying that’s “exactly what happens when you stand up and say maybe Palestinians should have rights too, and maybe we should invest our tax dollars here at home.”
