Why not just call the pitches correctly? It's literally a computer.

Does this mean we finally get an accurate strike zone where if it touches the edge it’s a strike and if not it’s a ball instead of just guessing on every single 50/50 ball?

So the computer is going to simulate mistakes so that it can simulate a computer correcting mistakes?

Just because of ball barely touches the zone doesn’t make it a strike, especially if it’s almost completely out of the strike zone. If this is how umpires have been calling games all these years, no wonder why most people can’t stand them.

Or just make the strike zone exact because it’s a video game

Soooo you can challenge the call but you can't charge the mound? I'd much rather just charge the mound. I'd pay 100 dollars to have a charge the mound feature. They have ejections as an option, doesn't work and never has btw, but you can't do anything to get ejected.

Cool. But it's still not enough to make me want to pay for a roster update.

I feel like the ppl complaining never played the game. Because if you have, you’d know there’s a setting to make every strike zone the exact same - like a true video game.

Why not just leave it the way it is and call the pitch according to how it was thrown because THIS IS A VIDEO GAME AND NOT REAL LIFE? Just food for thought.

@TalkinBaseball_ These comments are ridiculous. There already is a perfect ball-strike mode. This is to add more realism to the mode where umps miss calls (because it’s more realistic). This is good you guys just don’t play the game so you have no idea what you’re talking about
