CELINE-2 ESAFETY-0 MY RESPONSE. It's been a crazy week. I just wanted to give my two cents on the aftermath of my Federal Court win, the media coverage and what we can do. My case sets a precedent for what Australians can and can't see online. This case proves at the FEDERAL level that our online safety regulator routinely acts outside her legal powers, and I would like to see some actual change come out of this. eSafety relies on what they call "informal notices" to get content removed online. To put it simply, these are takedown notices dressed up as informal notices. Often sent to a social media company's legal team, they are an illegal tactic used by eSafety to pressure social media companies to remove content that they deem "harmful," even if it does not meet the requirements under the Online Safety Act. My case definitively proves that eSafety staff knowingly send these informal notices when they are fully aware that the content does not meet the requirements to be censored. That is why this case matters. Share this video, and my case, far and wide to any and all politicians as this affects everyone regardless of whether you're left, right, middle, whatever. I again call the eSafety Commissioner to resign. She has been caught redhanded and named in a US House Judiciary Committee Report as conspiring to use the Australian Office of eSafety to engage in foreign election interference and violate US laws. Her position is now completely untenable. But where is Opposition ? Where is the Opposition Leader Sussan Ley and the new Shadow Minister for Communications Melissa Macintosh ? Why aren’t they out there demanding that Albanese sack eSafety Karen ? Sadly, they are as weak as water, and we live in a one-party state with Labor and Labor-Lite. And that‘s right, it was the Liberals that employed and empowered eSafety Karen. And while I was previously calling for eSafety Karen to be sacked, Peter Dutton as Opposition Leader was praising her in Parliament - so to my former Liberal colleagues, this is just another case of "Craig Kelly was right".

IT’S TIME FOR eSAFETY KAREN TO BE SACKED She just couldn’t help herself. Just 3 days after President Trump survived an assassination attempt, eSafety Karen could not help herself and went on an unhinged anti-Trump rant full of misinformation, political bias and hypocrisy. She has demonstrated (again) that she is unfit to hold a position in the supposedly politically neutral Australia public service. eSafety Karen accused Trump and RFK Jr as spreading "COVID misinformation" when in fact it was Biden that was the worst offender, spreading dangerous Covid misinformation - falsely proclaiming that "if you‘ve been vaccinated you won’t get Covid" Why didn’t eSafety Karen call out Biden for this misinformation ? The simple answer is, that she’s an extremist from the far left and is politically bias. And the so-called "COVID misinformation superspreaders" like JFK Jr. that were censored, where in fact correct about everything. The passage of time has clearly shown that those that questioned the safety or efficacy of the "safe & effective" vaccines (that weren‘t even vaccines") were correct. Its crystal clear that masks mandates were useless, and that Ivermectin (in adequate doses and combined with zinc, doxycycline & Vitamin D) reduced hospitalisations and saved lives. And the censorship, cheered on by the likes of eSafety Karen, caused countless deaths, misery, hardship & illness Then without a clue of her own hypocrisy, eSafety Karen rants on about how misinformation led to real world violence. Yet she was silent on the violent hate directed at Trump. eSafety Karen is a clear & present danger to our freedoms. She envisions a totalitarian society run by leftist bureaucrats enforcing a woke agenda, where any any dissent is labelled "misinformation" and censored. Peter Dutton needs to show some leadership say she’ll be sacked on day one if he becomes Prime Minister.

Our nation began as a penal colony, effectively controlled by prison wardens. But we turned that around, and before COVID, we were one of the freest places on the planet. If eSafety Karen gets her way, the Australia we once knew and loved will become a thing of the past. We must do everything we can to stop this control freaks Orwellian agenda or the Australia we knew will be lost.

The Office of the eSafety Commissioner does commendable work in protecting children and adults from bullying and, most importantly, removing child abuse material. I praised the Office for this work. However, in my opinion, the eSafety Commissioner has brought the office into disrepute with her personal vendetta against Twitter/X and her attempt to become the world internet police. Last year, the Commissioner finalised investigations into 9,500 pieces of violent and extremist content. I asked what these were. The answer provided was that the Commissioner was taking down material from anywhere in the world, detecting it in part because they actively searched for it, even without a complaint. Given that the Commissioner is positioning herself as the world internet police at our expense, I asked what benefit removing the 9,500 pieces of material had for Australians. The answer relied on one incident, and there was no proof it actually caused a terrorist incident. I asked why there was no explanation of what the other material was, such as a transparency register so we can see what material they are requiring to be taken down to check for political bias. The question was ignored. I also asked what direct benefit her actions had in addressing terrorism and violent material. The Commissioner answered regarding child material, which I had already praised. The Commissioner is avoiding scrutiny of her takedown notices for violent and extremist material, and I believe it is because they follow a political bias. One Nation calls for the eSafety Commissioner to stand down.

And rather than the Bill set out how X (and the other platforms will police if Australians are 16 or over before they log on - in their typical dishonest and deceptive way of doing things - the Bill hands those powers to the eSafety Commissar to work out for herself, at a later date. The eSafety Commissar has demonstrated she is unfit to have such powers. You can bet this unelected bureaucrat will take it upon herself to make it as difficult and intrusive as possible for Australians to Log on to X. This legislation has nothing to do with "protecting the children" - it’s a smoke screen, a Trojan Horse to give eSafety Karen more power to force Australians to have government controlled biometric Digital ID and to make it more difficult for Australians to log on to X. 📣 COMPLAINTS SCHEME FOR UNIVERSITY ACADEMICS IS NOW LIVE! Finally, academics, university staff and visiting speakers can take complaints directly to the regulator, the Office for Students (OfS), if they believe their free speech rights have been infringed. This was promised under the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act 2023 (HEFSA), passed by the last Conservative Government. The complaints scheme was meant to come into effect on 1 August 2024, but in one of her first acts as Education Secretary, Bridget Phillipson paused the implementation of this vital free speech provision. Following the threat of legal action from the Free Speech Union and pressure from numerous academics, Ms Phillipson announced a partial U-turn. After months of dragging her feet, she finally announced the complaints scheme for university staff in April 2026. For keeping her word — eventually — the FSU thanks her. At the Free Speech Union, we have dealt with countless academics who have been hounded out of their jobs, ostracised by their peers and penalised for expressing lawfully held views. This has been a disaster for free speech and academic freedom on campus. While the FSU very much welcomes this move, the battle for free speech on campus is far from over. Unlike under the original legislation passed by Parliament, students will not be able to use the complaints scheme. After months of dragging her feet, she finally announced the complaints scheme for university staff in April 2026. For keeping her word — eventually — the FSU thanks her. At the Free Speech Union, we have dealt with countless academics who have been hounded out of their jobs, ostracised by their peers and penalised for expressing lawfully held views. This has been a disaster for free speech and academic freedom on campus. While the FSU very much welcomes this move, the battle for free speech on campus is far from over. Unlike under the original legislation passed by Parliament, students will not be able to use the complaints scheme. David Friedberg: The Eric Swalwell allegations were widely known about by California insiders, but held back for the perfect moment. Was this a hit job to clear the path for a preferred candidate in California? “Back in December, when it was first rumored that Swalwell was going to run for governor, I started making some calls to various folks to be like, ‘Hey, what do we think of this guy? Is he going to be a good candidate?’ I spoke to several people who independently told me that there's knowledge about this guy sending pics to employees, and that this guy has a bunch of stuff that's going to come out about him. And I largely kind of dismissed it, because I was like, if this is true, this would've all come out already. If multiple people are telling me about this, then I've got to assume that it's a rumor that's being used to block him from running for governor. And then everything that I had been told started to come out in the last week. So the striking aspect of all of this for me was how much knowledge there was about these various incidents with the guy, how so many people had this knowledge, and how no one had actually brought the knowledge to bear. Which begs the question, why did they not do what was right by the victims? Or, why did the victims sit on the sidelines waiting for the right moment to all come out together? These were all being held back purposefully and deliberately for a very particular moment in time when they were all brought forward to be used. And that's what was so striking to me is just how coordinated all of this was. My sense of it is that there are certain insiders, and he's not an insider. Katie Porter, I think, is who the Democratic establishment wants to be governor. She's an insider to national Democrats, she's an insider to California Democrats, and I think that she's the preferred candidate.”
