One of our followers (TY Kathie!) made a donation SPECIFICALLY for us to buy watermelons for the bears. We can’t always do specifics like that but in this case we sure could! This video is of Randy totally enjoying his watermelon. Randy was the most grateful for the watermelon. Sonia wanted to eat her watermelon in private. Amy stole Jenny’s watermelon. When Jenny decided she wanted her watermelon back, Amy took both pieces of watermelon back to the play tube. Susan had to get Jenny another piece. When she came back, she was in the pond cooling off but was happy to come and have a slice of watermelon.

This incredible #wildflower was absolutely covered in insects today, including #bees, hoverflies, flies and #butterflies, and this is just a small percentage of the #wildlife that relies on it. The fact is, this plant is not harmful to animals, unless fed within a bale of already processed hay.
