Absolutely perfect answer from Ashley Padilla here. I genuinely think she would succeed in any era of SNL.

What goes into an SNL sketch? Ashley Padilla, one of the TIME100 Next cover stars, looks back at “Passing Notes,” the SNL sketch she performed with Ryan Gosling, and reveals how the writers deliberately changed the notes after rehearsal to catch her off guard. Read the full interview here:

She was right on her first answer if she would have shortened it 😉🤣🤣 Can you think of any others?

lol I love when SNL turns into the Ashley Padilla show and they let her do as much physical comedy as possible in a sketch. she's such a star

If SNL had a yearbook, Ashley Padilla would have some very specific superlatives ready. The TIME100 Next cover star assigns Sarah Sherman, Marcello Hernandez, Kenan Thompson and others their comedy superlatives, weighing in on what makes each of her fellow cast members stand out. Padilla made her SNL debut in Season 50 and quickly emerged as one of the show’s breakout stars. Now in her third season, she’s also part of the annual TIME100 Next list, spotlighting cultural leaders who are defining the next generation. Watch her full interview here:

Asked Nithya Raman if she would support Trump and Jon Voigt's Hollywood tax incentive plan. "I would be very supportive of it," she replied. "I'm going to take any kinds of support for this industry that we can get from any level of government. Absolutely."

Since Smithsonian Director Dr. Hartig is so concerned with idiotic “land acknowledgments”, I asked her if she would ever give any of her personal property to indigenous tribes. I think it’s pretty hypocritical that she wouldn’t answer.
