When they throw these numbers around, just remember that those dollars were taken from us in the form of taxes. We have wasted billions of dollars on absolute nonsense instead of leaving that money in the pockets of those who earned it.

None of these ridiculous programs were really about funding what they claimed to fund. It was about getting taxpayer dollars into the hands of liberal NGOs and other Democrat allies
