Abusive customer at a Tesla Service Center caught on camera. Shouting obscenities at 3 Tesla employees over a proposed diagnostic fee on his 10-year-old Model S. They were just taking it, and I could not stand quietly by while this guy went nuts. A solemn reminder to be kind...

Some people believe that being a royal pain in the @ss is how to get free stuff. Sadly, it often works.

Hot take: pulling out a phone and start recording an argument you have no part in and then also start talking to the person is cringe af. The video also shows nothing other than you trying to school a person that is in distress instead of de-escalating the situation. Be nice to working people.

The argument was between him and Tesla. You have no idea of the history and frankly it’s none of your business. How would you feel about someone inserting themselves into your personal business. Why record this other than to get views and try and make yourself look good?

I will buy his Tesla from him for a premium if he will apologize to the employees.

The only thing necessary for evil to triumph in the world is that good men do nothing. Thank you for standing up for humanity

I have much better results being nice to the service teams. I’m sure they deal with this kind of angry entitled attitude daily. My only request is that the “that new noise driving you mad is within spec” limits be a bit more reasonable.

Yeah, there's never any excuse to be abusive towards staff at any organisation. Well done for standing up to it, too many just ignored this type of behaviour.

Over a diagnostic fee? That’s like $150-$300 or so… dude you shouldn’t own a tesla if you can’t afford a diagnostic fee 😒
