AC at 82 is heat

If you’re setting your AC to 78 or 82, WTF is the point of having AC? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm no expert, but I set my AC to about 76-78 in the summer. Enough to cool the room, but not enough that its running 10 hours day and half the night. Living alone, I have no problem stripping down to boxers when I get home, esp if it means I can save a couple hundred a month.

Can someone tell me where this heat wave is? I just call it summer time in Texas. My AC stays on 69 ( NOOICE ) year round.

We set ours at that from October through May.
