At 0500 today in the AOR of Frontier Corps Balochistan (North), aerial surveillance picked up indication of a large group of Fitna al-Khawarij/TTP terrorists. Counterterrorism teams were dispatched with UAV combat air support, successfully eliminating TWENTY FIVE enemy terrorist combatants. No casualties of own troops were reported. The operation is ongoing in Zhob, Balochistan, and a further 8-10 terrorists of the same infiltrating Tashkeel have been trapped with no escape, and are being engaged.

After 7 locals of the Hathi Khel tribe in Domel were martyred by a TTP Naseer alias Geddar group via IED attack, local tribespeople vowed to form a lashkar against the enemies of Islam and humanity. According to tribal malik Tawani Wazir, the lashkar will not spare anyone from today onwards, including those who facilitate the militants. There are also reports that 3 family members of TTP member Shafiullah alias Umari were arrested by committee members for providing facilitation.
