Couple of things. First, when I moved out at 20, I bought a beat up townhouse in foreclosure I could barely afford. I worked two and then three jobs, stocking shelves, waiting tables and selling cat food to make ends meet. Didn't borrow money from family or friends, just did what I had to do. Young people don't do that today, shame.

Second, just because you have a degree, doesn't mean you're gonna make the big money right out of the box. It's not a race thing, it's across the board. Plus, a lot of young people have are going after white collar jobs and not the high paying Plumbing, carpentry, electrician, construction jobs that are available across the country. They have been sold the lie, that a college degree in social/environmental anything will be there and pay well. Those days are over. Plus, everything I read says young people coming out of college aren't prepared to take on the job they are applying for. If you have a degree in Indigenous studies or multi colonialisms decline, they are screwed. IMHO

We cannot blame Overqualified people for talking jobs. If they can't get jobs they are qualified for because they are not hiring then they have to take a lesser role or job.

Accountability

I’m always so surprised when successful people make excuses for those who don’t want to put in the work. I guess the fight keeps dollars in someone’s pocket right?😉💰🥳

3 black men in one clip. You can't go viral with 3 black dudes in a clip. GTFOH

Where?

Bottom line is these teen take overs and the 10,000 videos on X of blacks attacking whites and each other are giving good black people a bad name . Black leaders are not addressing these serious matters that are plaguing our country

Stephen A Smith, when are you going to stop ducking Jaylen Brown dad? You said if anyone calls, you will answer, and you will meet them, and y'all can talk. He said he have called you several times and you won't answer the phone. What's up with that, Mr Smith?

This debate aired two weeks ago.

Accountability @stephenasmith. My brother was fired after 30 yrs as a butcher at Publix because he found $60 dollars in the parking lot & kept the money for himself. I told my brother "Matt,if you were black. You could easily throw that racecard." You're just a racist. Cut n dry.

You got exactly what you voted for because "Orange Man Bad." Look in the mirror at the system you voted for.

Racist POS

Bunch of NIGGA’S

Heavy question from Stephen A. Accountability vs systemic failure always sparks debate.

Monkeys 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 lol 😆😆😆😆😆😆

SAS just posting BS excuses for his race. He is a racist and always will be. Good job ESPN. Merit is where its at.

There's no wage gap. It's an I.Q. gap. It's Y lottery winners go broke & back to where their I.Q. allows. It's Y we put food on a shelf 4 people or like in the planned great depression they'd stand around & parish. Don't let finishing class courses fool U. It's not 2 make U smart

Why didn’t you do the Anton piece? You must need the money?

…………..This moment is a major turning point for Stephen A. Smith: he was "caught with his hands in the cookie jar," and his usual defense is no longer working. By trying to hide a racial double standard behind a "basketball argument," he exposed a massive contradiction in his brand, and many people are calling out the hypocrisy of those who still support him. The situation shows how his standard "playbook" has completely backfired on him His Peers Called Out the Double Standard The heaviest pushback didn't just come from fans—it came from other prominent Black media voices who refused to protect him Openly labeled Smith's remarks as "racist." Explicitly called out the hypocrisy of his supporters, stating that commentators do not have the luxury of crying out against racism in sports while simultaneously spewing racial stereotypes themselves. For years, Stephen A. Smith has built his reputation on holding coaches, owners, and leagues accountable for racial bias, particularly regarding Black quarterbacks or Black head coaches. Because he has positioned himself as an ultimate authority on fairness, being caught explicitly judging players like Luka Dončić, Austin Reaves, and Walker Kessler purely by the color of their skin has severely damaged his credibility. Stephen A. Smith has absolutely built a massive part of his image and career by frequently focusing on racial dynamics between Black and White individuals in sports. Talking about race, systemic bias, and representation is a core pillar of his media identity. By trying to hide a racial generalization behind a "basketball argument," Stephen A. Smith took his signature strategy a step too far and ended up trapped by the very standard of accountability he spent his career building. ………….

Everybody wants to be in the AC ..take your ass out and work like everybody else

There are millions of jobs available.

Just finished watching the conversation. My take away…if Tharon agrees with Anton he’s out a job. Indirectly, he is being paid with tax dollars. 🤣 Anton is an excellent opponent.

It’s a behavior problem and mindset
