I had the privilege visiting BAPS Hindu Mandir and experience BAPS philosophy. 🙏 It is truly a world-class temple in such beautiful surroundings and the perfect example of India and UAE friendship. I was deeply touched by the BAPS message of peace and harmony. 😇

Yesterday, I visited the magnificent BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi, some 90 miles from Dubai and 60 from the capital of the UAE, in the middle of the desert. It was an extraordinary experience, which I spoke about with the head of the Mandir, Swami Brahma Vihari Das. While his questions are missing from my replies, this video, skilfully edited to incorporate visuals of my visit, says more than I can in a tweet. Do watch:

Memories of visiting the BAPS mandir in Abu Dhabi during its construction flood my mind today. Such a tranquil experience. Today, as PM Narendra Modi inaugurates this symbol of global harmony, I'm filled with pride and joy. Can't wait to revisit soon and immerse myself in its serene aura.
