The pain that this caused in my leg for 2 weeks is indescribable

Tore my right one skiing. Never did the surgery. I’m 98% of what I ever was. Still play basketball with a knee brace. Don’t think surgery is worth it. Feel great without it! Body does wonders to heal itself

Been through 3 meniscus and 2 acl reconstructions 😢😢 even this is painful to watch

Why is it showing the hamstring completely detached from the bone?

The first time I watched an illustration like this I was still on crutches after my first ACL reconstruction. I did not stay standing.
