I made this tool 4 years ago for helping with customer support emails. Instead of typing, it allows you to compose an email by dragging from predefined blocks with variables. So you only write your blocks once, and then you only combine them with drag and drop into an email. You can also save a set of email blocks as a template. When you choose that template, it lets you fill the variables of the template like a form, and then send it. We only use it internally and now with all the gpt stuff going on it seems pointless to release it. or is it? 🤔

Don’t need fancy pitch backs or expensive tools to get better at infield play. Just you, a wall … and a ball. Thats it!!! Here a young player is being creative working on his double play feeds, corresponding footwork and actions and fly balls. 100’s of reps in a small space. There is no secret sauce. The best are creative and always find a way. This is not the kind of video that gets a bunch of clicks or likes…. But it should because this is the stuff that really works. There is a tent city encampment that spans 15 blocks in Phoenix Arizona It’s called ‘The Zone.’ It was cleared out a few years ago but the homeless are returning and taking over the area People defecating in the street and drug use throughout. Sakuga Over The Years (July 2013) KA: Shinya Ohira (大平晋也) Movie: The Wind Rises (風立ちぬ) More Miyazaki, and this would be his last big film until 2023 with Boy and the Heron. And from it here’s another great Ohira scene and it’s always so weird seeing his work look very clean for Ghibli stuff (as opposed to his usual style) and doing a character acting scene of all things, like it’s the sort of scene I would usually associate with Takeshi Honda. Ohira pulls it off great though and you can very much tell it’s him at 0:52 with the guy’s flowing hair and clothes. Crazy stuff

fable, I want you to grab a MetaHuman file off of Unreal Engine Marketplace or Fab Marketplace or something like that. There should be free ones. Find a character controller that works with that for web and threeJS. Specifically for flying, like Superman, generate a World Labs outdoor environment of your choosing and set up a threeJS project where we can fly around with a character like Superman, with really nice flying animations, camera animations, and camera zoom and shake effects when you're flying. Put some nice post-processing on it with some bloom and grain and stuff like that. Really just make this feel as polished as you can, where we get to fly around in a world where the flight feels similar to Superman. Do it in one shot and without any input from me. optimize it 2 prompts - NOT BAD!! Honestly could get this feeling/looking 10x better with probably 2 more prompts. I'd likely use a larger city GLB, populate the outskirts with World Labs gsplats, manually grab a better character to use, and add some objectives. But I wanted to see what it could do in 1 prompt (basically) Try it out 👇

A completely free, highly effective remedy growing wild on our property at about 6,000 feet in dry, rocky Colorado: Mullein How to identify and harvest it: Mullein is a biennial, meaning it lives two years. Year one is a flat rosette of big, soft, fuzzy leaves close to the ground. Year two sends up a tall flower stalk, sometimes 5 or 6 feet high with yellow flowers. You can use the leaves, flowers, and roots. For this, let's focus on the leaves. Pick them, pull them apart, and air dry them. Once dried you can make a tea or a tincture (there are more methods, but those are the main two). But why? Mullein helps with coughing, bronchitis, and chest congestion. It can be used as a poultice for minor wounds, burns, and rashes. The leaves contain saponins and mucilage that soothe irritated airways and loosen mucus. A few things worth knowing: Always strain mullein tea through a coffee filter or fine cloth. The tiny leaf hairs can irritate your throat if they get into the tea. Harvest leaves from clean areas away from roadsides and sprayed fields, since the plant absorbs what's in the soil and air around it. Dry them completely before storing or they'll mold. Once fully dried and kept in a sealed jar away from light, they hold for a year or more.

Basecamp founder Jason Fried: Customers don’t care about your features and technology Jason recounts how when he was selling shoes growing up in Illinois, representatives of the major shoe brands would arm salespeople with facts about all of the fancy new technology (e.g. the difference between the Nike Air versus the Zoom Air, the Goodyear rubber outsole and the midsole, etc.). However, when Jason told customers about these technologies, they didn’t care. When you actually watched customers buy shoes, they really only cared about a few key things: What does it look like? Is it comfortable? Can I afford it? Jason saw the same thing selling tennis rackets. He’d tell customers about all the latest technology and the difference between graphite versus fiberglass or natural gut string versus synthetic. Nobody cared. They’d look at a tennis racket and ask him if it came in other colors. Jason has observed the same pattern across website and software: “Companies are obsessed with features and the technologies because that’s what they do all day. But they don’t actually watch people buy stuff. When you watch people buy stuff, they just want the simple stuff. They want the stuff that solves their problems and just works. They like the way it looks. They like the way it feels. It’s comfortable. It’s affordable. That’s what people want…. Yet companies keep talking about the specs, the technology, and the features.” Jason advises founders to really listen to what your customers are saying and watch how they buy your product: “You’ll find out that they just need a few things done really, really well. And that is really, I think, the secret to all this stuff. It’s figuring out the basics. Nailing the basics.”

A closer look on the GSAP powered animations in Webflow. Just from my perspective. In short, it’s way more powerful than I first thought. The more I use it, the more I like it. Of course, there are some parts missing. But it's the first version. There's still a lot to come. For example, custom ease would already make a huge difference. Breakpoints. Maybe a way to add custom functions as sometimes you need to calculate stuff in JavaScript to get complex animations. The biggest part for me is that you can just build the animation inside a timeline. This makes it so much easier than writing it as code. You can fine tune it so much more. When there would be a way to export the tween as code to add some more functionality would be awesome. You can also add custom classes with the timeline, which can then be used in custom CSS to add more functionality. With a bit of custom code you can also use breakpoints for your animations. By using the custom event the animation can be used in custom code which can also be pretty powerful. Didn’t test it so much yet, but would be cool if you could just take the event and use for example the onComplete() from GSAP or other stuff. For example. let mm = gsap.matchMedia(); const module = Webflow.require("ix3"); module.ready().then(() => { mm.add( { isMobile: "(max-width: 992px)", }, (context) => { let { isMobile } = context.conditions; if (isMobile) { module.emit("Mobile Animation"); } } ); }); "Mobile Animation" is the name of your custom event. I hope that part will get more powerful. Something I miss on the timeline is that when you select more actions you can just drag all actions. I Strongly disagree with Vance on this, does he think we are not paying enough for items already? How stupid is this, J D Vance questions the U. S. Dollar as the Worlds Currency since World War 2. He seems to think making a weaker Dollar could benefit Domestic Manufacturing. If our Dollar is Devalued it would make our stuff Cheaper abroad but raise our Costs for imported items like Electronics and Clothes. Devalued Dollars is not a way to help Americans. We are already manufacturing a lot more and we are already becoming more Successful at doing so.
