Actually crazy how much more interesting this show would be if it focused on Imoko instead of all the weird ass toilet humor and rapey stuff. She’s not without issues herself, though, as we see her toxic side manifest as she takes pleasure in helping mentally unstable people like...

Athena talked to us about her rivalry with Asuka and said she would like to have one more match with her. “Oh, man. Like Asuka is one of those people, that’s a forever rival for me. Like when we were back on the indies, we actually ended up wrestling at Shimmer Women’s Wrestling. That’s where we met. We had one of the hardest hitting matches I think I’ve had in my career then, and then fast forward to WWE NXT for the NXT Women’s Championship. Asuka is my yin to my yang. I really hope she’s not stepping away. I’ve actually been trying to get a hold of her because I lost a whole bunch of people’s numbers when I switched my phone and everything. But man, talk about someone who’s just the epitome of what legendary status is or what a living legend is. I, to some extent, don’t feel like people really understand how much she’s done for wrestling as a whole. Like from grinding on the indies to being like an independent contractor in Japan to getting signed to WWE. Not only that, like just excelling in WWE in every form and facet from match to match, but never changing who she was as a person, a character. I couldn’t be more proud, more happy for her. I hate her in that same breath, of course. I also feel like I have to have one more match eventually and hope that this isn’t it. This isn’t the long goodbye, if you will. But like, Asuka’s one of those people that I wouldn’t be who I am as a performer, as an athlete, if she wasn’t in my life. If she wasn’t on the opposite side of the ring. I don’t think I would have gotten anything really if I didn’t have that experience with her."

Ren Susu, to me, is like a candle in a dark room. She was never afraid of giving people warmth, even if every act of kindness meant another piece of herself melted away. She spent so much of her life becoming light for others that she never noticed she was slowly disappearing. By the time everyone thank her for her glow, there was barely anything left of her. Love, happiness, and peace all feel temporary to her, as though they were never meant to belong in her life for long. So instead of waiting for fate to take them away, she lets go first. It isn’t because she doesn’t love deeply. It’s because she believes the people she loves would be safer without her. She is brave. She has never hesitated to do what she believes is right, even when it demands impossible sacrifices. Like Qingyi, she has an incredibly strong sense of justice, and she spends much of her life living for other people too. The difference is that Qingyi learned to give because he believed love had to be earned, while Susu learned to sacrifice because she believed her own happiness always came at someone else’s expense. She doesn’t put herself last because she is naturally selfless. She does it because she no longer believes she should come first. When she learns that Qingyi’s tendons were severed by the Huo family. She quietly asks herself, “What if, back then, I had pretended not to know you?” I think that single line tells us everything about how her mind works. There are endless what ifs inside her head. Little by little, those questions begin to erase the person she used to be because she genuinely believes that every tragedy suffered by the people she loves somehow starts with her. When something terrible happens, most of us instinctively ask, “Who did this?” Susu asks something entirely different, “What if I hadn’t done this?” She doesn’t look outward for someone to blame. She turns inward first. Every accident becomes her responsibility, every loss becomes evidence that she should have made a different choice, and every sacrifice someone makes for her becomes another reason to believe she only brings misfortune into other people’s lives. That’s why she keeps pushing Qingyi away. It was never because she didn’t love him. She loved him too much. She simply believed that loving her meant suffering because of her. In her eyes, she is a burden. A jinx. Someone whose existence inevitably invites tragedy. How could she allow the person she loves to stay beside her when she truly believes staying will only destroy him? Susu carries guilt in a way that borders on unbearable. It feels like survivor’s guilt taken to its absolute extreme. She takes responsibility for things that were never hers to carry and wears them as though they are debts she will spend the rest of her life repaying. One of her defining traits is that she constantly chooses to be misunderstood. She would rather let people resent her than watch them get hurt because of her. If becoming the villain in someone else’s story means they get to live, she will accept that role without ever trying to explain herself. To her, being hated has always felt more bearable than watching someone she loves pay the price for staying by her side. I think a lot of that can be traced back to her childhood. When she enters the orphanage, survival becomes the only thing that matters. It teaches her a lesson that feelings are a luxury, but survival comes first. In a place where every day is about making it through tomorrow, there is very little room for vulnerability. You learn to suppress your own needs because everyone around you is already struggling to survive. It isn’t difficult to imagine how someone raised in that environment would grow into an adult who constantly chooses everyone else before herself. That’s exactly who Susu becomes. Every decision she makes revolves around protecting someone else. For Qingyi. For Fang Mulan. For the girls. For her family. For Uncle Fang. For everyone except herself.

Orm Kornnaphat spent her early years hesitating about how to begin a story with Lingling Kwong: "I was scared because she was a quiet person. She looked reserved and hard to approach. If I did this or that, I didn't know whether she would be annoyed." Orm Kornnaphat spent 5 years without a single project together with her, without interactions, without being close, without seeing each other for entire years, without even the slightest point of connection. And then, look at what she did for Lingling Kwong: - Every year on her birthday, there would always be a birthday wish "Happy birthday P'Ling". Simple, nothing more and nothing less. - Every anniversary of channel 3, she would invite her to eat together. - She would go all the way to her younger brother's restaurant, even though food wasn't really her favorite and the trip was far, just simply because she wanted to "support a colleague"? A colleague who wouldn't even hear about that thoughtfulness directly until years later? - She would pray and make promises of offerings, just for the chance to act alongside that colleague. Do you really put that much heart into a colleague? She had no idea how TSOU would turn out. It could have been just another project, merely an experimental series for CH3. Nothing was tailor made to guarantee success. Nobody expected it to become what it is today. For a project like that, the thing she wished for was simply the opportunity to act with Lingling Kwong. Orm Kornnaphat spent 2 months filming with her and several more months where seeing her one extra day felt special. And look at how much she treasured this relationship: - On the last day of filming, she was the one who said "I don't know when I'll get to see P'Ling again." - She prayed for 1 project together and asked for nothing more. That alone made her happy. - Even during promotional activities before the series aired, when the person she had wished to work with said "Orm is still young, she will have many chances to meet more people in her life." Orm Kornnaphat didn't automatically accept that as truth "Don't go anywhere too soon, okay?" - Even when TSOU was becoming popular and the series was at the height of its success, she never took it for granted that Lingling would always be there. Her wish remained simple:"Please don't disappear too soon." Orm Kornnaphat didn't get to this point in a day or two. It took her more than 5 years to go from "I don't know if she'll be annoyed" to "that person is going to scold me again." Every day, she observed and remembered what Lingling liked and disliked. She always wanted Lingling to feel as comfortable as possible. It's okay if Lingling dances a little awkwardly. It's okay if she makes mistakes. It's okay if she's having a bad day. Orm Kornnaphat will still be there. She will still say:"Lingling Kwong did great today", "Lingling Kwong kèng-mákkkk" She's not disrespectful enough to keep using a nickname if she knew Lingling disliked it. The reason she can joke like that is because Lingling allows her to. Lingling gave her that safe space to play around and tease her. So could people with no place in this relationship stop having opinions about it? It honestly looks ridiculous. She has countless ways to address her, P'Ling Lingling Kwong Ling Kwong 00K chubby P'Sao, and thousands of other nicknames. Who exactly are outsiders to police that? #LingOrm1stFMinHK 17.08.24 Lingling Kwong once said that she likes it when Orm calls her by name. Even the joke she made was: "She's clearly calling me. Why are all of you shouting?" So today, let me ask again: If she's clearly calling the person she loves, then why are all of you shouting? Take a look at yourselves for a moment. Doesn't this all seem a little ridiculous? #หลิงออม #LingOrm

LingOrm have never publicly confirmed that they're in a relationship, yet the way they've treated each other over the years feels much more like a couple than just friends 😁 there was Ling saying : we're gradually developing feelings for each other, there was her telling Nong Orm to grow up quickly, giving each other nicknames, publicly calling each other " babe " there was: can i kiss you? there was the first person i want to see when i wake up is Orm , there was : what we have is better than what people think, there was: if possible, don't suffer because of me, and perhaps one of the most emotional statements of all: without Orm, i have nothing Ling once said: that Orm already has everything, what she needs most is someone who will always stand by her side and support her, and that person is Ling as for Orm, she once hinted that during their trip to Japan, a certain older sister was the first one to say " I love you ❤️" she has also said things like : P'Ling is someone i want in my life, the person i love has six - pack abs , i want to succeed alongside her, let's wait and see where we are twenty years from now, don't go anywhere, and Orm will buy more time for P'Ling so she can rest and take care of herself I genuinely don't know many friendships that sound like this.. the things Ling and Orm have said to each other feel less like words exchanged between friends and more like promises between two people who want to keep walking through life side by side for years to come ( some of these words feel like the kind of things you'd say to the person you want to spend your life with ) 😭😭😭 #หลิงออม #LingOrm
