Yes. Climate is not a non responsive automotive to movements of sun and earth and light or darkness reactive one. Total energy and mass remaining constant as per proved assumption , new man made actions or inactions either deliberate or unconscious acts in large mega scales interference in natural courses will not be without consequential changes in readjustment of energy composition and its forms in climates and their effects on man, life, diseases and seasonal effects! Its new activity for man in new world and so also new professions and govt actions to safe guard climatic actions. Whether one country or group of countries or humanity as a whole in session in UN like bodies to take the new challenge as a new oppurtunity for humanity to understand laws of nature and make the knowledge to harness the nature with least cost to humanity to safe habitation? Free competition in interfering natural climatic conditions may not as desirable principle as in principle of free market competition in economic front? Regulation of nations towards elimination of threats to human living safeguards is an exception to general rule and burden of disprove and liability/ penalties to general or crininal damages lies with nations and companies that indulge in climate distortions?
