Let me break down what happens in this video and explain how a tool like ShapesXR can help you #design for #spatialcomputing right now. 1️⃣ Assets and components you created in #Figma can be imported and synched in ShapesXR so you can start designing in #mixedreality without any #3d skills 2️⃣ You can prototype Gaze & Pinch interactions with head pose (on Quest 2 or 3) or actual eye tracking on Quest Pro. 3️⃣ You can switch seamlessly between VR and MR. I paid $150/mo for a mobile developer. That was around 5 years ago. Today, you can describe the app you want to create in plain English and have AI build it for you. Check out the video I recorded using OnSpace AI. It took me 10 minutes to build a mobile application that scans receipts and uses OCR to read all of the information. A few of the highlights: • You can create what you want by just describing it. • You can plug in cutting-edge AI models instantly. No API keys, no setup. • You can stitch together reasoning, workflows, data, and UI without writing a single line of code. • Whatever you build runs right away, so you can iterate in seconds. A couple of years ago, it would have taken the best developers days to get to this point. Pretty incredible progress! You can find a link to this project in the comment below.

What this looks like from a gaming perspective is this all happens behind the players view to simulate a real world environment. Sharing this Godot quick tip for the new people trying to figure out how to mess with the game while it's running! ✨ (Thanks to Daniel Queiroz Porto and and Ian Williams for pointing this out) 1. Go to the Project Settings 2. Click "Advanced Settings" 3. In "Window" highlight "Always on Top" and create a new editor override for it by choosing "editor" from the list and clicking "Add" 4. Enable the new override you just added 5. Now when you run the scene (Ctrl+R) the window will always stay on top! 6. Press the Camera icon on top of the viewport to sync your editor camera to the game camera 7. Click on the "Remote" tab of the Scene panel. All of the changes you make to these objects will sync with your game in real time! Bonus Tip: You can make it switch to the "Remote" tab by default when you run the game if you go to Editor Settings (Ctrl+Comma) -> Network -> Debugger and click "Auto Switch to Remote Scene Tree"! #godottips
