I've brainstormed a tech that makes believable 3D-like models from flat 2D sprites. Do you think that should be used in the game? Do you like it or do you thing that would break the atmosphere/style?

People usually say that a new Sonic model should use the old or modern Uwekawa art style as a basis but I think they should use Tyson Hesse instead

I just made $850 on Upwork from a 3D model I didn't sculpt by hand. Here's what I actually did: • Created the character concept with AI • Dropped the image into RODIN Gen-2.5 A few moments later, it generated a production-ready 3D model with over 10 million polygons and incredibly detailed skin textures.

Indie dev makes a Horror game with a CHARMING and APPEALING art style. I much prefer this over the millions and millions of games that use PSX style which is so overdone its LAUGHABLE.

Thanks to Mike, the Final Smash now has HD Star Spirit sprites, with the same art style as the TTYD Remake! Don't worry, the N64 Alt Skin still uses the original N64 styled sprites!

🚨 I thought GPT-6 Astra is overhyped on X !! So I tried to build a 3D Game with GPT-6 Astra & Tripo AI I generated the 3D models in Tripo..... And GPT-6 Astra handled the ANNOYING part !! Somehow that turned into this GAME !! Check This Out 👇

ASAP Rocky's new jesus piece is nuts! The chain is a collaboration between Very and jeweler Alex Moss. And no, it's not a Smurf. The chain features a character from Verdy's signature art style.

Opus 5.5 found a pretty clever way to turn concept art into a playable 3D world The workflow starts with a cel-shaded village concept generated with GPT. Then: > Opus 5.5 recreates the layout with simple 3D blocks takes a screenshot from a fixed camera > GPT paints over those blocks using the concept art as reference > Opus builds a shader that projects the painting back onto the 3D geometry The result still looks like the original illustration, but it’s now a real 3D space you can walk around and enter. The same pipeline was repeated for interiors. Characters were generated through GPT Images and then animated with Minimax H3. This feels like a really interesting shortcut for getting a very specific 2D art direction into an actual playable game without manually modeling every detail.

AI meets 3D anatomy? I made a real-time interactive 3D cat that reacts to your cursor with head tracking and tail movement. The skeleton, organs and rig were generated with AI using Omma AI and rendered with Three.js. Curious if you would actually use something like this.

This is Ahdheb's OC getting kissed by Sam from Totally Spies, both drawn in my art style. I only had his profile pic to go off of, but just know that his character looks like a character from Minecraft. And i gotta say: he got himself in a pretty lucky situation! #kissing

Remember this leopard? I loved the style so much that I had to make another one. Same character, same visual vibe—just a completely new pool adventure. Made with Kinovi.AI Sref in the comment below
