Prime Minister, 37 Orthodox Christians were just killed and a 101 year old church burned to the ground in East Arsi. Where is your condolence? Where is your statement? People’s lives matter more than your Riverside project. Protect citizens and bring the killers to justice, that’s your job.

The fundamental reasons behind Ethiopians killing one another is due to underdevelopment and lack of opportunities. That is why our youth are being misused by traitors and paid mercenaries. Every little helps, keep on opening up the country and lay the foundation of progress and prosperity to the country. The negativity today evaporates with the wind blowing, the time my people have hope and plans for the future. Keep going!! PM

Projects like this have the potential to improve urban life and showcase Ethiopia's vision for sustainable and attractive city development.

Addis Ababa Riverside Development: A Transformative Urban Vision for Future Generations Even amid numerous and complex national challenges, major development initiatives that are conceived with the future of Ethiopia in mind demonstrate a nation's long-term vision, resilience, and commitment to progress. In this regard, the Addis Ababa Riverside Development Project is far more than a simple riverbank beautification effort. It is a comprehensive urban transformation initiative that integrates modern city planning, environmental restoration, and economic revitalization within a single strategic vision. Stretching from the Entoto–Peacock Corridor to the Entoto–Kebena Corridor, the project covers development zones extending up to 50 meters on both sides of the river. As such, it stands as one of the most ambitious and promising urban renewal undertakings in the history of Addis Ababa. Designed not only to address present-day needs but also to serve future generations, the project represents a long-term investment in the city's sustainable development. The primary objectives of the initiative include restoring river ecosystems to their natural condition, expanding the city's green spaces, creating accessible public recreational and social areas, and strengthening urban connectivity through improved infrastructure networks. Beyond these goals, the project seeks to enhance residents' quality of life by fostering a cleaner and healthier urban environment while opening new opportunities for economic activity, tourism, and investment. More than an infrastructure project, this initiative reflects a broader vision of transforming Addis Ababa into a people-centered, environmentally conscious, economically competitive, and globally connected city. It embodies the aspiration to create a modern urban environment capable of providing a high quality of life for current residents and future generations alike. The Addis Ababa Riverside Development Project is therefore not merely an effort to address today's urban challenges; it is a strategic investment in building the Ethiopia of tomorrow. Visionary projects of this nature shape not only the physical landscape of cities but also the future competitiveness, attractiveness, and prosperity of nations. May peace, development, and sustainable growth continue to flourish throughout Ethiopia.

More countries should be taking notes from the two economic powers of East Africa.

We thank you our leader, you are doing sustainable development for this nation.

I was delighted to see the Kebena River, which was a source of disease and a place for toilet flushing yesterday, today become a place of rest and a source of joy. It is a wonderful proof that strong leadership and decisive action prioritize the health of the people. Thank you🙏

A paradigm shift for Addis and the legacy of Generation Medemer.

@GsTsion ❤❤❤አቢቹ❤❤❤

You are obsessed for trees than human bro. The killings of inocents doesn't value more than a seedling. Are you heathy? Are you normal? I doubt your mental heath?

You're the most sadistic killer Africa has never seen. Over two million Ethiopians have parished since you came. Not once have you showed any remorse. Over fifty Christians got slaughtered yesterday and you're talking about trees without showing any remorse? You're the himself!

It's not just the scale that impresses , it's the speed. Always makes me wonder: how does one deliver such massive, multi-layered projects in such a short time, with all the natural and logistical challenges in between? That part alone is a masterclass in execution.

@MFAEthiopia Enough is enough it time to stand up and fight for our rights brothers and sisters the time has come we all gonna die one day but dying for a reason is the best cause.lets bring this menace to society for justice in the name of God…

Please don’t stop until the entire city and the country is completely changed. What an amazing transformation in such a short time. It’s going to be amazing work ahead in the coming years solidifying Abiy as one of the greatest leaders in the continent’s if not world history.

THANK YOU!

ወይ መደንዘዝ ። ሰው እየገደልክ ብልጭልጭ ታሳያለህ ። Believe me you will get paid in full!!!

Orthodox Amhara are being massacred & historic churches being destroyed for years in the birthplace of Mayor Adanech Abibe & Jula, and you talk about this! Just for the record!

Proud to see Ethiopia leading in sustainable urban development 🇪🇹. Truly inspiring to watch Addis Ababa transform into a greener, more vibrant, and people-centered city!

@MFAEthiopia We really thank you Dr Abiy Ahimed, for your extraordinary efforts to transform our city from garbage areas to recreational and green corridor.

I have an idea that is amazing, useful, and potentially effective. I want you to buy it.

@EmudyMoody I never seen any Ethiopian leader in my life like you well done just move on those who creating issue in the country to stop you or to attract the western attention can’t do nothing but wasting time

The fist duty of any government is to protect its people from both foreign and domestic threats. Peace and security are non negotiable. On both fronts you have failed spectacularly. History will remember you as one of the most cowardly leaders ever to hold public office.
