CAB3 is a nullity says Prof Lovemore Madhuku . When all this nonsense is out of the way, Zimbabwe must gazette a law on constitutional issues that will criminalise intellectual dishonesty like what Prof Jonathan Moyo is doing by deliberately confusing citizens.

After ZANUPF’s resolution to extend President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s term of office from 2028 to 2030, the BBC spoke to Zimbabwe’s leading constitutional expert, Professor Lovemore Madhuku, who dismissed the proposal outright, stating that there is no legal or constitutional basis upon which such an extension can be effected. Professor Madhuku made the remarks in an interview attached below with the BBC’s Waihiga Mwaura.
