Adv. Khumalo has cooked this questionable prosecutor adv Serunye straight to the wording of PRECCA, repeatedly telling him, "Look at the last part of section 21." He kept pressing the point that section 21 doesn't stand on its own , it takes you back to the actual offence in the Act. If the charge says there was a conspiracy to give gratification, then what was the offence they conspired to commit? That crucial element was missing from count one wh.ich is the main charge Then the Chair stepped in and reminded him that this wasn't a new issue. Right at the beginning, when he first raised his own queries, he himself asked, "to do what...?" showing he knew the charge needed that missing element. The Chair asked how he could have forgotten that when drafting the charge sheet. Eventually, he conceded that point. To top it off Adv. Sisi Baloyi say 'I have a generous explanation, that painted a clear picture of his role on how he amended charge sheet. It is, ''that he came in in this and found a mess, and he tried to fix, he tried to help fix it. And because he knew that they are going for ratification because that's the more serious charge that would get people in court, suspended, and they he was trying to fix an unfixable. thats it. and went on and said ''i take that, Commissioner''. I'll take that . While he rejected any suggestion of improper motives, insisting he acted with a clean conscience, the exchanges left him conceding several flaws in how count one was drafted. That was one of the most intense legal exchanges of the hearing so far. ubanjiwe lomfo.😳🙆‍♂️🤦‍♂️

FROM OCS TO INMATE: THE FALL OF NAHASHON MUTUA, FORMER RUARAKA OCS He is Nahashon Mutua, former Officer Commanding Station at Ruaraka Police Station. He spent years in the Kenya Police Service, rising from young recruit to Chief Inspector. As OCS in one of Nairobi’s busiest areas, he signed charge sheets, supervised investigations, and processed suspects daily. Robberies, domestic disputes, assaults - he sent many people to prison. Ironically, some of those same people are now his fellow inmates at Kamiti Maximum Security Prison. THE NIGHT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING: DECEMBER 2013 Martin Koome Manyara was brought to Ruaraka Police Station after a domestic disturbance in Baba Dogo. He was intoxicated, had threatened family members, and neighbors called police. He was booked into the Occurrence Book and placed in cells. According to prosecution, Mutua later assaulted Martin inside the station - beating him with a metal rod and forcing his head into a drum of water. Martin died the next morning from his injuries. Investigators also alleged Mutua tried to conceal it by blaming remand prisoner Kelvin Odhiambo, influencing witnesses, and interfering with reports. IPOA took over. Mutua was charged with murder. He denied it from day one. His account: he carried out duties that night, interviewed those involved, directed charges, left instructions, then moved on. THE TRIAL & CONVICTION The court relied heavily on protected witnesses who claimed they saw him assault Martin through cell openings. No direct physical evidence placed a weapon in his hands, but circumstantial evidence + testimony was deemed sufficient. In 2018, he became one of the first OCS officers of his rank in Kenya convicted for a death in custody. Sentenced to death, later commuted to life. Appeals failed. Today he remains at Kamiti. HIS VERSION Mutua insists there’s another side. As OCS he dealt firmly with criminal groups in Ruaraka. That created enemies - people he arrested with influence inside and outside police. He wonders if old scores were settled through the case. He watched witnesses change accounts. Junior officers shifted responsibility. During investigations there were claims of KSh 1M bribes to influence the case. “Whether any of that affected the outcome is something only those involved truly know. I leave that to God,” he says. LIFE AT KAMITI Prison changed him. From commanding a station, he now teaches Chemistry to inmates preparing for exams. It gives him purpose. His family still stands by him. He’s lost his career, freedom, and old life - but not hope. “Maybe one day, someday, I will be out. Maybe.” His lesson: “Power and position can disappear overnight. What begins as an ordinary day at work can end up changing your life forever.”

This is Paul Biya, the president of Cameroon, a nation of 30 million people in West Africa. Paul Biya is 92 years old, and he has been president for 43 years, from 1982 to this day. He was also Prime Minister of Cameroon from 1975 to 1982, so he has been in power for 49 years. Here he is with his party supporters. It is election time again in Cameroon, and Paul Biya will be running for the umpteenth time 🤣🤣🤣 When people do not take the continent seriously and laugh at us, it is such anecdotes that make it difficult for anyone to have a rational defence for what African leaders do! Paul Biya’s regime is firmly backed by France, the self-appointed global teacher of liberty that somehow forgets its lessons when dealing with its favourite African repressive strongmen. France provides Cameroon with military support and remains its biggest foreign investor, cheering from the sidelines as democracy in Cameroon becomes a farce. France doesn’t care so long as French companies keep cashing in. He spends more time in France and Switzerland than he does in Cameroon. He only returns to fulfil constitutional obligations, then goes back to Europe afterwards. His favourite destination is Geneva, particularly the InterContinental Hotel, which is described as functioning almost like an “offshore presidential palace” during his stays. Do you now understand why military juntas are popular with young Africans both at home and abroad? Their choice is between someone like Paul Biya or a leader in uniform who tries to bring change. Meanwhile, France beams with pride as its protégé sips coffee on the shores of Lake Geneva, while back home, Cameroonians sip disappointment. It is a mess!

Nnamdi Kanu is trending because his trial has been adjourned indefinitely. Barely 48hrs after he said no one should beg Tinubu, on his behalf. Because agitating Biafra is not a crime. He rejected the adjournment by Justice Binta Nyako. Lectured the court, alleged Nyako wants to exchange his head. September 24th, 2024, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu rejected and openly accused Justice Binta Nyako of being an unprofessional, bias Justice who actively disobeys the rule of law. Then asked her to remove herself from his trial. She admitted and transferred his case file to Justice Tosho. Justice Tosho rejected it and sent it back to Justice Nyako. MNK insisted he isn’t confident in Justice Nyako handling his case. That, if there is no one willing to handle his case in Abuja. Then, his trial should be moved to the South East. Since his alleged offense of “Treason” affects the South East, not the North. Then, they should be well equipped to handle the trial accordingly. Today in court, Justice Nyako appeared again and was ready to proceed with the case at the Federal High Court Abuja. As prosecution was looking to begin, MNK’s lawyer opposed, saying they are not here for trial. Justice Nyako then said, she initially recused herself from the case, but she was assigned back by the Chief Judge. That, they’d need to file a reassignment motion. As Kanu’s lawyers and the prosecution were arguing the need for such. Nnamdi Kanu demanded to speak. He said, he’s only in court out of respect. That, Nyako no longer has jurisdiction over his case. And he doesn’t understand why they always turn the law upside down when it comes to his case. He argued that, since Nyako had officially recused herself from his case. Then, the Chief Judge can’t impose, instead appeal. Kanu insisted Nyako is unprofessional and bias. Kanu said “If the Chief Judge disagrees, he should appeal the decision. You cannot preside over this case, not now, not today, not ever. You stand recused and you must leave my case. I don’t need you in my case. You are biased. Tell the Chief Judge that Nnamdi Kanu said so. This is not a court of law. This is a shrine to injustice and i will not subject myself to it”. After his submission, the prosecutor still wanted the court to go ahead with trial. MNK interrupted saying “Because of money they are paying you from the AGF’s office, a grown-up man like you is here supporting evil. The rule of law says you should go on appeal. The same Chief Judge, writing this stupid memo, I have recused him before. He sat on appeal, I took him to NJC and recused him. Why is he insisting on this one? He wants to embarrass your lordship by asking her to sit on this case.” Then Justice Nyako, decided Adjourn the case indefinitely due to the situation of things. Kanu again; “You have no jurisdiction to adjourn anything. None whatsoever. You cannot make an order without jurisdiction. The memo from the Chief Judge cannot confer jurisdiction upon you” Kanu insists they deliberately ignore the law due to their bias against him. That him agitating for Biafra is his right, that somehow they’ve changed his charge from treason to terrorism. He remains defiant, against Justice Nyako handling his trial. He alleged that Justice Nyako has reached some sort of agreement to give his head in exchange for the freedom of her husband and son, who are facing a criminal case. Hinting that Nyako never truely left the case. Basically, he just wants the court to obey the Nigerian constitution. He has been in detention since 2021. But Nigerians fear it has become political and he may need to be submissive, otherwise his pride will keep him incarcerated indefinitely. • Pay for what you use. During the cross examination, Chief State Prosecutor Joseph Kyomuhendo was asked for a single statute that provides for witness protection. He tried to “intimidate” Frederick Mpanga by throwing around a 2008 case; Soon Yeon Kong Kim & Another Vs Attorney General (Constitutional Ref No 6 of 2007) It’s a constitutional court case upholding the basic constitutional principles of fair hearing including the right to full disclosure instead of trial by ambush that the DPP seems to prefer, etc. I’ve seen it repeatedly quoted by the defense in the Katanga case as they repeatedly reminded the prosecution to disclose evidence against their clients. So it was curious to see this prosecutor quote it back to Dr Besigye’s defense lawyer as some sort of basis for their prayer to somehow keep the identities of the witnesses pinning Dr Besigye and his co-accused hidden. One problem for the Chief State Attorney; the lawyers he was quoting the case to are the very ones who successfully argued it in the constitutional court. And they knew it didn’t say what he was claiming it said. They let him rumble on, trying to bamboozle them with his half-knowledge then handed him the decision and asked him to point them to where it says what he claimed it said. It was embarrassing beyond belief. Another Chief State Attorney Richard Birivumbuka asked for a one and a half hour break “to study the decision”. The Judge gave them a safe corridor and asked to pack that part of the cross examination. If I were Mr Kyomuhendo, my Gishu pride wouldn’t let me stay on that stand. I’d walk out and go for a run or go grab a drink. Uganda siinze njizaala, I can’t allow such embarrassment. 🤭 Anyway, here’s a video clip for those like me who like legal violence.

I understand Tommy Robinson has, once again, shared a documentary in which he *implies* I received money from the filthy, Communist NGO 'Hope Not Hate'. This has been proven in court to be a lie. So, every time Tommy shares the video, I will release evidence proving he is lying to defend a woman-beater. In his film, Tommy never actually says the money I received came from Hope Not Hate - because he knows categorically that it didn't. When I left Britain First in 2019, I went to the Knights Templar Order and asked them to help me get away from the BF leader, Paul Golding. THAT is where the money came from. I had just been released from jail in England for confronting a rape gang, whilst I was inside, the High Court took my house and awarded it to Muslims who had sued Britain First for £500,000. Paul Golding sold my car (and bought himself a Range Rover) and used my accounts / credit cards without my knowledge. When I was released from prison, he attacked me again in Belfast, and I decided that had to be the last time. I knocked on the door of the Templar Priory in Northern Ireland where I was facing jail AGAIN, and I asked them for help. They immediately launched a fundraiser (I still have the emails they sent out and the details of every single person that donated to me) called 'Support Jayda'. They raised $20,000 (approx £17,000) which helped me start my life over, get a solicitor for my Northern Ireland court case and pay off some of the debt that Paul Golding ran up on my cards whilst I was in jail. I had endured over 5 years of violent physical, mental and sexual abuse at the hands of Paul Golding. Some of these details were made public in a Northern Ireland documentary - including Paul Golding admitting to beating two women: myself and the mother of his child. He has also been convicted of attacking his 'security guards' who volunteer to protect him. Thanks to the Knights Templar International, I was able to get away from Paul Golding. He is a deeply disturbed man, and I am forever grateful to them for helping me. I took Paul Golding to court for the years of physical abuse and for the money he stole from me. He was ordered to pay me £75,000 plus damages. Paul Golding, the leader of Britain First, is currently under Police investigation for: Attempted Rape Sexual Assault by touching (3 counts) Controlling and Coercive Behaviour Multiple counts of Assault ABH I am aware of at least one other victim whom Paul Golding has sexually assaulted, that attack is also the subject of police investigation. I am quite sure there are other women he has harmed. Tommy Robinson has offered to give statements to the Police defending Paul Golding - despite the fact that Tommy wasn't there when ANY of the offences took place, he had NEVER been in our home, and had only ever briefly met us 4 or 5 times. In fact, Tommy and Paul hated each other back then. So you might ask yourself, why would Tommy Robinson defend Paul Golding now? The answer is simple: Money. Paul Golding writes Tommy Robinson's fundraiser emails. To be clear: I have NEVER taken a penny from Hope Not Hate and I NEVER would. They are the enemy. The court proved that Tommy's documentary was nothing more than an attempt to smear a woman who had been violently and sexually assaulted for years by his new business associate, Paul Golding. Paul Golding has ADMITTED to beating up women. I took him to court and proved Tommy Robinson was lying to protect him. Of course, I don't have millions of followers on this app, and Tommy Robinson blocked me the MOMENT he was allowed back onto Twitter/ X so that I couldn't respond to his lies about me. So, I know that this is a David and Goliath post, but the truth matters, and patriots deserve to know what kind of men they are supporting. If you made it to the end, thanks for reading! I'm in a much better place than I was back then, I remain a dedicated activist and I'm glad to be connected with so many genuine, honest Nationalists. In the end, we win. Onward Christian Soldiers. x
